beautifully designed, super friendly staff, excellent breakfast

almost nothing. the only little thing to mention. there is a charge of 20 Euros pp for the daybed by the pool. the pool was empty and it seemed to me not really appropriate

I loved the breakfast, it felt very home-y and was good. The room was tidy and neat but not the most comfortable. It was a tight room, with a very tight bathroom. The bed and pillows are not very comfortable. The bathroom amenities are great though. The hotel's location was great, hidden away but just the right distance from the sea and beaches of Santa Margherita. The staff and their hospitality was overall the best thing about this hotel.

The room could have been more comfortable. It's small for two people, especially the bathroom.

Hotel Blu di Te is an oasis for people who love a successful and unique interior design. Someone has been at work here who has stylishly designed something harmonious. The friendly and helpful staff match this ambience. Giulia at the reception and Alessandro in the bar, just to mention two names. Breakfast is delicious and there is plenty of choice. If you want, you can also have lunch, the choice of dishes is limited but they are very delicious. The hotel is in the middle of the city but in a quiet side street, so our rooms were also very quiet. The view from the room is nothing special, the hotel is in the middle of residential buildings and looks out onto the courtyards or gardens of these houses. But it is wonderful to sleep here. We loved our stay here.

The size of the rooms could be a bit more spacious, but nothing can be done about that.

This hotel is wonderful! It has some really amazing aspects - great bar, and great food for breakfast and lunch and by the pool.. the lounge and rooftop are highlights. The bed was very comfortable. But the real stars are the staff!! In particular, Giulia and Alessandro. They are a credit to the hotel! So happy to assist at any time and with a genuine smile. Would highly recommend :-)

The bathrooms are very very small and dark. Also PowerPoints with USB ports would be better in rooms. And one final odd thing, a buffet is offered for breakfast with only boiled eggs - which is fine. But staff serve the buffet and you need to ask for what you would like.. Not sure if this is a Covid relic or just a service but I don’t think it’s necessary - guests can serve themselves.

Best breakfast ever...buffet but not self service, highest quality and presentation! Loved the vintage retro feel of the hotel although the room was a little small and there was a musty smell in the bathroom. Central location to restaurants, public transport and beach. Service was next level!

Rooftop area was fabulous although the pool was very shallow and had to pay for use of sunbeds. Wifi was patchy and particularly slow at night.

Really nice luxury boutique hotel. The hotel atmosphere overall was beyond our expectations to be honest but unfortunately our room size was extremely small with a very small window which opens to an unpleasant view. We stayed two night and unfortunately this effected our experience. The breakfast is really good, it is one the parts that should be mentioned. It is an open buffet but served by the staff which was an interesting experience :) The location of the hotel is also really good, if you want to wander around the region and visit Portofino, i beleive Santa MArgherita is the best option. With its central location and also good options for restaurants.

Loved the hotel, location and decor. Was a home away from home feeling with a warmth and soul. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great bathroom products soap,,shampoo & conditioner.

The room was very small and dark. Bathroom very small too, with not much storage space around the basin. Charging €100 for a sun bed at the small little pool left us gobsmacked as guests. Other hotel beachclubs were inclusive, which left a bad taste in our mouth.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Blu di Te. It was easily one of the nicest, most enjoyable hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and the rooms were comfortable, relaxing, and clean. You could tell they took great pride in the hotel experience. The staff were so friendly and always made us feel like we were welcomed guests. Highly recommend!

Swimming pool was closed to children under 16. I have a 15 and a 13 year old and they could not use it as a result. This should have been made evident when I booked my room as I would have chosen another hotel. It was our last day of holiday and it was a shame they could not enjoy the pool. The hotel charges EUR 40 per day to book transats around the swimming pool. I found this charge really irritating. I would have preferred to pay a slightly higher price for the room and have this included. This is equivalent to hotels that charge for wifi. Once you pay for the room, the facilities of the hitel should be free.

THE STAFF ARE AMAZING - without a doubt some of the best service we’ve ever received. they’re so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble - I cannot speak highly enough about them. the interiors are cool and quirky, it felt very intimate and homely there. the rooftop pool and lounge area on the top floor are lovely and very relaxing. the rooms were nicely decorated and cosy.

there’s not a lot to not like - if we’re being really fussy then there’s no real view from the windows/ the hotel - however completely compensated for by the rooftop area and the close proximity to the water front (2 minute walk)
