The hotel was a very cute little one in the heart of Santa Margherita. Our main purpose of visiting the area was to head off to Portofino (which is like a 10 mins drive). After checking in and walking around Santa Margherita, my husband and I were mesemerized by the charm of the area and decided to explore it for the 3 days we were there. The hotel was very comfortable mainly due to the amazing crew! From the staff at the welcome desk who assisted us delightfully with our beach reservations and answered any question we had about the area, transport etc. To the cleaning ladies who were very sweet and always asking us when to come clean to not disturb (even though there are signs) but the smiles and hospitality of all the staff in this hotel just makes you feel at home when you're miles away! Highly recommended and you won't regret it! The valet parking facility was a plus for us as we were on a road trip. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and we loved our cappuccinos every morning. All we kept on repeating throughout our stay is that the hotel smells great which is the first thing you'll notice at check in. It's an old building which is properly maintained and equipped to be a 5 star boutique hotel honestly!

The breakfast was fantastic and the location was very convenient ! Rooftop bar was also very nice. AC was super !! The hotel can arrange transport to a gorgeous beach be club that is 45 euros per person. There are other beach clubs within walking distance that may be more reasonable.

Our room was small and the listing on Booking.con says it has a pool, but it’s a hot tub/jacuzzi that you have to pay extra for.

The staff were exceptional, everyone went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was very very good and diverse. The rooftop bar was also nice, with very good cocktails. The location is perfect, close to all the restaurants and train/bus station

The room is very simple and rather small for the price. Cleanliness is definitely the weakest part here, more attention should be paid to this. When we checked in, our shower seemed to have not been cleaned properly: there was still hair on the bottom and an opened bottle of shower gel from the previous client - this is absolutely unacceptable. Our room was not facing the road, but it was still quite loud even with the windows open. Lastly, the hotel is not really fully accessible: there are stairs to enter the hotel and then also a few stairs toward the elevator

We stayed for one night, the hotel is perfect, the staff is great, friendly and easy to talk to. The room was amazing in terms of the cleanliness, amenities and the view as well. The location is also excellent, couple of minutes walking distance from the beach and train station, groceries and restaurants are around as well. We asked for an eqrly check in and they accommodated our request. Me and my wife were seriously thinking about extending our stay for more nights, I would highly recommend this great hotel.

The elevator is quite small and slow, but not a break dealer in comparison to the great service they provide.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Tigullio Et De Milan. The hotel's central location was extremely convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, allowing for easy movement and accommodating our luggage. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The highlight for us was the large balcony with comfortable balcony furniture. The in-room coffee was great. However, what truly stood out was the breakfast staff. During our first day, Abdul and his colleague went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions. They ensured we had a delicious breakfast with special dietary options, as we couldn't eat from the buffet. Their exceptional hospitality and service truly made our trip, and they deserve a solid 5-star rating for their outstanding efforts.

One minor drawback was that the rooms were somewhat sound-sensitive, and conversations from neighboring rooms could be overheard in the evenings. We found ourselves needing to speak in hushed tones to avoid disturbing our neighbors while chatting with friends in the room.

having stayed here on a previous occasion my wife and I knew exactly what to expect and the hotel did not let us down. Food excellent, hotel excellent, cleanliness excellent, location great for the price, all in all we had a wonderful stay and can without doubt highly recommend it. *****

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this hotel! The lovely guy at the front desk assisted us with car parking when we arrived, a quick check-in process and the room was super clean, comfy and quiet. Beautiful decor inside of the hotel. A short walk to a bunch of restaurants in town, the water, and easy access to the bus to Portofino. The onsite breakfast options were superb and all staff were so lovely, nothing was ever too much trouble!

They took care of our rental car, staff was friendly & cared about their guests. Breakfast was excellent, the older gentleman that brought us coffee & cappuccino was so kind & friendly. Looked forward to seeing him every morning, always had a smile. The hotel was in an excellent location to the waterfront or restaurants. We had a corner room with plenty of natural light & a balcony. Room was large, bathroom on the smaller size but worked for 2 of us plus it had a window. All the windows had motorized like shutters that we closed at night. Really made it dark for sleeping. Had an elevator and roof top terrace.

Good location, comfortable well equipped room with en-suite and a balcony. Buffet breakfast had everything you could wish for. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The evening rooftop jacuzzi session was one not to miss.

Nothing really, the rooftop bar was only open a couple of hours in the evening so if you missed that time slot the bar was open in the main bar. I’m sure if we asked for drinks up there out of hours, they would have obliged.

The housekeeper for room 202 was super nice and always smiling, thank you. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was copious. Radwan from the breakfast crew and the madame working with him did a wonderful job.

The receptionist who checked us in was the night clerk, he was rude when I asked for his help with the door. We arrived late at night with long travel hours and when needed his help we felt turned down. Room 202 was super small!
