The location is perfect. A short walk( 5 mins max)to the Campo and all other sites are close by. This is a restored residence in Sienna. This is not a full service hotel. You are renting a beautiful room only that is comfortable, lovely, quiet, modern, and the air conditioning works fantastic! If you have traveled around Europe you know that can be a challenge in the summer. All rooms are up two flights of stairs. There are probably about 6 rooms to rent I think. It is well situated. Ella, the manager there is extremely helpful. She understood that my husband has some disability challenges. She made arrangements for our car to be taken to a garage for 3 days ($30.00 euros per Day) and delivered to us when we left. Ella also arranged for taxis for us as needed, and of course directions for us everywhere. She is very in tune to what is happening Sienna. There is not a breakfast served but there is a room you can make coffee. There are many places close by for caffe/ pastries nearby. I highly recommend this place if you do not need the amenities of a full service hotel.

Beware, many places inside these small tight cities/towns say they have parking but it is really metered street parking blocks away.

The room was spacious with a large windows that opened for a breeze and the ceiling had a beautiful frescoe! We enjoyed having a bit more space with the couch and table provided and also used the coffee machine and some dishes and glasses for light meals we prepared with food from nearby grocery store. Ela was available to assist us which was very much appreciated!

The entrance way and stairs up to the property were dark and could benefit from better lighting and perhaps a touch up to make it a bit more inviting for guests. The old building had charm and was in a great location in old walled city so we could walk everywhere. It could help to have a list of grocery store locations which are nearby and recommended restaurants etc - we found them all after five days of wandering around which was great!

Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom! Great air conditioning which when we were there it was over 100 so that was important!

Such a lovely property in the heart of Siena. Welcoming staff, beautiful clean rooms. It was my partner’s birthday the night we stayed and they left a little bottle of Prosecco for him which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Able to leave our luggage there for as long as needed on the day of check-out. Tea and coffee in the room as well as bottled water in the fridge. We cannot wait to stay here again on our next trip to Siena!

Cannot fault the property.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very pleasant, it is equipped with everything you need. There is no breakfast included but you can serve yourself a pretty decent coffee. It's very central located but not in the main street so you don't get too much of the noise. I travelled with my partner and was planning to stay just one night, but after arriving here we decided to immediately book an extra night.

This was our first visit to Siena and this apartment made it an overall spectacular experience. It was 2 min walking from the piazza del Campo and everything was too close as well. It was super clean and offers coffee and snacks for breakfast. The apartment’s manager, Ela, went above and beyond in accommodating. Her prompt responses for everything that we have requested, made our holidays better,easier and an awesome experience. If you’re planning your next trip to Siena, I highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay here! We traveled with our 15 month old. Ela was prompt and communicative even before our arrival, incredibly gracious, and even got us a dinner reservation for our group nearby on short notice that was outstanding (Gallo Nero). The room is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious even with an infant crib. Amazing shower. Important to note for those with limited mobility that while the room was big, the units require steps to access, no lift available.

Great location and really beautiful room, perfect place to stay and to discover Siena

I would advise to NOT use the valet parking service, very rude garage owner / supervisor, although you pay a fee of 30 euros per day and car isn't even brought to you...

The room was spacious and immaculate. The property was ideally located close to the main square and our host Eva was very welcoming, helping with restaurant reservations and organising valet parking for us. We were grateful to be able to leave our luggage as long as we liked and were given a code to access it at our own convenience.

The host, Ela, was very reliable, helpful and sincere. There was a little hiccup in the room I was in - the air conditioner broke down - and Ela immediately sprang into action to fix it. The property is really clean and well-maintained, the bed comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacious, modern, and comfortable. Good fluffy towels and the toiletries were replenished. very hospitable
