Where do we start? Anna texted us with all the information we needed to get to and into the apartment. We had no trouble at all. When we opened the door we were greeted by a view of the 18th century fresco painting on the 7 meter high ceiling. Wow! The view out the window of the town was phenomenal. Continental breakfast the next morning was a great variety with something for everyone. Anna and Leopoldo were at breakfast every morning answering all of our questions as well as making suggestions for sights to see. On the last day, Anna rescued us by going above and beyond to return some things we had left in the room by meeting us at the edge of town, a 10 minute walk. We cannot recommend this B and B more highly!

the location was perfect. right in old town with easy access to everything. the hosts really made this experience the best. the room - great A/C, comfortable bed and pillows, hot shower, cute view of courtyard. we even saw a shooting star from the courtyard during the perseids. the breakfast- Anna makes the croissants fresh every morning. can’t miss. breakfast also has breads, meats, cheese, fruit, coffee, etc they have outdoor cats as well which is a bonus.

nothing. we even extended a night here longer than intended and wanted to stay even longer.

We really enjoy our stay! 🤩 Apartment is situated in the heart of historic part of Siena. Our room was cozy, clean and the view is spectacular. Breakfast is so good and the owners make you a coffee ( sooo nice ☺️). They are so kind and ready to answer all of your questions. Thank you so much, we loved that. Arrivederci

What a wonderful stay. The B&B is in a perfect location to explore Siena. The view from the B&B and rooms is lovely. Very comfortable room and bed. Had excellent amenities. The hosts are amazing!!! Anna and Leopold were so welcoming and made sure we had a fantastic stay. They gave us excellent recommendations and helped us navigate around Siena. The breakfast each morning was nice with a good variety of items. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again when staying in Siena.

Fantastic location in the heart of Siena. Tucked away in a courtyard with views out across the garden to the hills of red rooftops. The Palazzo Bruschi was a haven of comfort and peace. Anna and her staff do everything they can to make your stay a smooth, pleasant, comfortable experience. Loved it here after the hustle and bustle of Florence!

Excellent location. Very nice and welcoming hosts. I felt like home. The whole property is clean an very well kept. Nice view from the room. Very comfy bed. Quiet and hidden away from the main streets. Ideal to discover the town and come back home to rest. Well done to Anna and Leo!

Nothing. Just a suggestion - it would be nice to have bread from the bakery and Italian cheese for breakfast instead of industrial loaf bread and pre-packed cheese. However, the breakfast was god overall.

Lovely property in excellent location, and our host Anna was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was generous, delicious, and beautifully presented.

The beds were not the most comfortable - one hard and the other lumpy.

Very modern room, perfectly clean, situated in the heart of Siena. The hosts were absolutely spectacular- helpful, friendly and really went above and beyond by always being at hand for help and recommendations.

Parking in Siena is as bad as everyone says but Leo and Anna made it a lot easier with their help and directions!

A very nice b&b 100 meters or so from the main square run by very nice people. The building is beautiful and our Room had a great view of the Tuscan countryside and another arm of Siena. The city is, of course, spectacular, and Anna gave us great recommendations for restaurants.
