Stefano went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. There is private parking on site, an outdoor terrace and a swimming pool to spend time outside. The breakfast was lovely and thoughtful (even including gluten free options). The rooms were clean and air-conditioned, which made our stay even more comfortable. Stefano even made a reservation at a restaurant for us when we arrived later than expected. Stefano goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

The property is only reachable with a rental car and there are no restaurants within walking distance.

The room is renovated and had a lot of character. The breakfast room was on the main floor and our room was up a narrow, steep staircase but the owner was kind enough to carry my bag up for me. The owner made a great recommendation for dinner in Siena and we actually ended up eating there 2 nights in a row.

We were a little further out of Siena than expected. The roads are narrow and windy and I would not recommend driving them after a few glasses of wine in the evening. The breakfast was basic compared to other places we stayed but was fine to start our day.

This B&B excels in many areas. Firstly... location. It is 10 minutes out of Siena, and has its own parking. 2ndly, its clean, well equipped and comfortable 3rdly, the breakfast is good. 4thly and most importantly,....is Stefano! Stefano is the host, and he goes out of his way to make you feel at home. From restaurant recommendations, or where to park, or tips where to visit.... Stefano is the magic in this property. Stefano was so accomodating. You could not ask for a better host. He messaged us early in the day to let us know the room was ready. We arrived later in the afternoon and he showed us around and gave us some dinner suggestions, even offering to book for us. He has a fridge available to guests with drinks at a VERY reasonable rate! The breakfast spread he put on was more than you could ask. The lemon cake was morish! Upon leaving Stefano pointed us in the right direction for parking to watch the 1000 Miglia. Thank you Stefano for your amazing hospitality and introducing us to your beautiful dogs.

A great place located just a 15-minute drive from the heart of Siena. The room was clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Italian-style breakfast was great. Stefano, the owner, was very hospitable and professional.

Our sleep was disrupted during our first night by a student party that lasted late into the night, apparently a regular occurrence every Saturday during the summer.

Our stay at Il Pozzo Di Sant’Andrea was absolutely amazing! The place was beautiful, the rooms spacious and clean ; It’s the first time we’ve felt at home, thanks to our amazing host Stefano! He was so welcoming, helped us with our bags on arrival and made us so comfortable. He made our stay absolutely perfect and the breakfast was delicious and generous! If you visit Sienna, you need to book at Il Pozzo. Thank you Stefano!

Nice territory, clean room. Very hospitable owner Stefano. Breakfast was nice (only sweet stuff though, if you want savoury breakfast-it’s for extra charge).

The smell of cigarette smoke is strong in common territory of the house. Apparently it is allowed to smoke inside (which was unpleasant for us as for non-smoking people). We stayed on a second floor, and hardly could use WiFi, maybe signal extender/router can be a good idea.

After a few days in Florence this was so relaxing. Though you are a bit outside of Siena, there are plenty of buses running to the city or it’s a short drive. Stefano was super helpful and friendly. And the swimming pool after walking around Siena was perfect. The scenery of Tuscany on the way to and from Siena city centre is unbeatable.

We were immediately met by Stefano who made sure that we understood everything about the property and our room. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang clothes. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and there was a generous choice of food. We were happy to have the car parked safely inside the property and protected with an electric gate.

The property was amazing! Beautiful farmhouse about 10 minutes away from Siena. Stefano was very welcoming and helpful. He always offered me coffee (and breakfast) in the morning and gave me some tips on the way out the door. The couple also has two super cute Australian Shepherds. Comfortable room, free Wi-Fi, all the amenities of a hotel.
