This place was so incredible. It had air conditioning that you could control from your room. The bathroom was nice and large. The room had lots of room aside from the bed, which I very much appreciate. It was also so close to the centre of the city, while still being on a relatively quiet part of the street.

The only thing I would say is that I was in room 31 and it was very very obvious when the office staff were at work. I figured out that if the air conditioner was on in the room it would drown out their voices a bit, so I strategically turned down the temperature overnight so I would not wake up from them in the morning.

Room was airy and comfortable with large windows looking out onto the street. Air conditioning worked well and everything was in tip top shape. I especially appreciated that Domenico was kind enough to reserve a taxi by phone for my mother and I, since we had an extremely early morning bus to Rome Airport and we do not speak Italian well, which makes phone conversations difficult. This definitely went above and beyond, and not every B&B host I had in Italy was kind enough to do this for me. So thank you!

No real problems. An in room coffee maker would have been useful; that's all I can think of.

The location was wonderful. Just a short, beautiful walk down to Il Campo. The room was quite large. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of October but it got very hot and stuffy in the room. Unfortunately they weren't able to allow us to use the AC and if we opened the window there was a musty, moldy smell so we were just hot. The self check in was very simple. The staff was helpful when we needed a taxi. The breakfast was amazing! The restaurant was so cute and the food was great! We loved it and it was by far the best breakfast at any of the hotels we stayed at during our trip. It was clean and quiet.

Just the stuffy room.

The apartment is fabulous. Large, roomy, comfortable. A lot of light. One of the best places I have stayed anywhere in Italy. There is a rooftop where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine, coffee, or just to relax. Its location could not be better. It is in the middle of the old town, near everything.

There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but it is a rooftop so this is inevitable.

The location is fantastic. In the heart of the medieval city, 5mins from Piazza del Campo. Historic building with character. Very comfortable bed Very clean room, serviced daily Check in / out really easy

There was some street noise, my room was directly onto the street

Great B&B for family with 2 kids, walking distance from all key attractions plus a great breakfast included at local cafe. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend to others.

Access a bit of a challenge with big suitcases but you can’t complain about lack of lifts in a 1100 year old building.

My stay at Piazza Paradiso was very nice - the room was big, very comfortable and clean (it was cleaned every day). I appreciated the kettle and the complimentary tea. The staff was at the hotel every day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., otherwise they were always available on the phone. They were always very helpful. The hotel has a perfect location very the close to main square in Siena. I recommend to stay here :)

Excellent location. Very clean and modern. The AC cools ok. We took a taxi from the train station, best decision ever. Otherwise, you will be dragging suitcases uphill on cobblestones.

Just beware that the hotel reception is on the first floor (2nd floor for USA). You will have to go up 28-30 steps w luggage.

The location of the hotel was perfect, a few mins walk to Piazza del Campo. Rooms were very spacious as was the bathroom and bed was also very comfortable. There was a snack room close by which was great to have a coffee or light meal instead of staying in the room. Check in was super easy and staff were extremely helpful especially Valte who was kind enough to book us a taxi before reception opened on the morning we left.

The accomodation is great. Very close to all the city attracions. Some guests mentioned that is's a bit hard to find, but it didn't turned out to be very easy. The bed was big and comfortable. It was very warm in the room (November). There was everything needed in the bathroom. We called the service center to help to find a parking and they did. That was very helpful. A place with best panini every right on the corner.

Maybe the only thing to mention is too many emails form the hotel)) They were all provinding information about the visit. But I think two emails would be enough.
