Great location - somewhat quiet street in the old town. Amazing and friendly staff - the owner is very welcoming and gave a lot of advices and tips when we first arrived. He also very kindly drove us to the station when no taxi could pick us up (He tried for almost 15 minutes). A lifesaver indeed! Clean and tidy bedroom and bathroom. An accommodation with character - really pretty ceiling!

A little noisy at night as our bedroom is overlooking the main road, with cars and motorbikes zooming past. Definitely bring a pair of ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!

Made it to the bus with the help of Zerwin from the hotel. The hotel in Siena was fine, basics covered. Not too bad a walk to/from train station and center piazza del campo. Had a fridge so that was helpful. The staff was lovely and helpful. Had a nice sized garden to sit in. Friendly, helpful host. Great location near the centre and very clean. We loved Siena and were lucky enough to be there for the Palio di Sienna, although busy the atmosphere was amazing. Siena is a beautiful medieval city and we would like to return.

Everything was great. A kettle in the room to make a hot drink would be great.

Hotel is situated in a good location, giving easy access to the old town area of Siena. Receptionist stayed on for 15 minutes during their break period to check us in. He gave us a map and very helpful information on walking routes to places we wanted to visit and also on where to find reasonably priced places to eat.

Receptionist very friendly and responded fast to my questions. The Relais is easy to reach from the train station. Attention: rooms are all on the first floor, no lift. Ideal for an overnight stay, a few minutes from the restaurants and shops. Room simple but clean. Has everything you need.

Very good! I enjoyed everything. The castle-like building, spacious room, good water pressure, warmth. The manager was very kind. The garden is very pretty too.

The door doesnt close all the way so some flies came into the room so I had to catch them. I had to stuff the cracks and openings between the door and the frame to keep them from coming in.

The welcome desk is nice and super helpful. They will give you all the informations you need about Siena. They speak Italian, English and French. The room was spacious for one . The bathroom simple but functional. The value for money is perfect. I would recommend it for everyone.

The location was quiet, but within walking distance of the Piazza. Very good eating places nearby.. Full of interesting historical places. Near to the railway station Manager very obliging, and helpful. .

The place is very well located. Near bus station, train station and city centre with all its attractions. Owner is very helpful and generous. If I ever go back again to Siena, i will definitely stay in this hotel.

The beds were very comfortable. It is near the train station but not too far from the main attractions. They stored our luggage before check-in time and took it up to our room.

At the beginning they didn't give us the room we booked, although that was solved after talking to reception. However, the new room only had facilities (towels, shampoo, etc) for one person. The reception is open limited hours. The shower did not have walls, which meant that the water went to the rest of the bathroom.
