we got upgraded to a room with a magnificent view. breakfast is technically not included but they provide some coffee, fruits etc to enjoy in the beautiful garden.

staff at check in was a bit brusque. We had asked for parking but they had none available (which we knew was possible), however the recommended public option was 50 eur/ 2 days vs their own advertised cost of 10/day - we had assumed it would be more similar cost. More notice here would have been good to know.

The view from our room was Stunning to say the least. We looked out over the courtyard with a view of the town and rolling hills. The breakfast was magnificent and plentiful with some of the best coffee, cappuccino and pastries we have had to date. The room was larger than expected, yet warm and cozy. The staff, in particular, Francesca and Sophia took care of our every request and were quite helpful. Shady (I believe was the young lady at the breakfast bar and evening bar) was most pleasant and a pleasure to speak with and provided for all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay so much that we skipped going to Florence and stayed inside the city walls exploring all of the sites suggested by Francesca and the Michelin Star Restaurant, La Taverna Di San Giuseppe as suggested by Sophia!

I would encourage the hotel to have patrons call the hotel once you get off of the highway and have Francesca or Sophia give you verbal instructions on how to get to the hotel. We got lost and Francesca walked us through the directions perfectly. Although you sent instructions, having never driven in the city with all of the "restricted zones" it was still confusing. Thanks again to Francesca!

Location - just outsidecity gate but near Duomo, room excellent, bathroom great, view to die for ie absolutely superb and worth upgrading for. Breakfast included - a tasty spread of fresh fruit, croissant, cereal, local specialities, juice, coffee etc - all to be eaten inside or out in peaceful green garden. Bags left before room ready so we could explore town without them.

Some electrical sockets didn't work which was inconvenient with so many electronics these days. Fridge only appeared to come on once room occupied which meant it was warm for putting foods in and took a long time to slightly chill them. Not really effective at temperatures of 36°. Beds made with thick feather duvet. No choice of light summer bedding. I took duvet out of cover and just used cover. Beds quite hard.

Great, quiet location near everything May 2023 We had a lovely comfortable room with an outstanding view out the window - of the top of the Duomo (see my photograph) and Chiesa di San Niccolò al Carmine. The hotel is in a quiet part of town (and the room is quiet and soundproof), but it is a short and wonderful little walk to both the Duomo and the Campo. I would say it is in an ideal location. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast is very good. The paid private parking is extremely convenient, a short walk through the garden. The garden out back is lovely and there are wonderful old furnishings in the Palazzo.

Location was excellent and the garden was so lovely, a wonderful surprise to see such greenery when walking through the doors and to sit in the garden to take in the beautiful elevated view while eating breakfast or drinking an aperitivo was an absolute treat. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, very comfortable, air conditioned, the details were exquisite - the original floor tiles, the handle on the bedside table, the soothing light blue of the walls, original ceiling rafters, lighting was Tuscan, artisan, sophisticated. Great parking facility, helpful staff, good luggage storage option too, ironing board and iron available in room.

Not that we didn’t like this but if I were to be picky, breakfast was lovely and sufficient but perhaps slightly underwhelming; Yoghurt, muesli, cheese, a savoury pastry, toast and fruit, juice, coffee and tea. Perhaps some boiled eggs, ricotta cheese, a home made tart would have been nice? Also fridge in room was empty and not working.

It is well maintained in the traditional Sienese style with painted ceilings, old furniture etc the staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden to sit outside for breakfast or with drinks is lovely with an amazing view and a friendly tortoise. The pastries, coffee, yoghurt offered in the morning were really good. It is very close to the main places to visit. This meant it was easy to go back and change for dinner. The air conditioning in the room was great. There is a library of books available to guests.

Nothing, we loved it.

Stunning views from the garden and garden view rooms. The location was great - on the edge of the historic centre so quieter, even in mid July. Nice restaurants nearby. 15% discount for paying in cash, and also they did provide breakfast even though they said when I booked breakfast was not included. The bed was massive and the room very comfortable. There was plenty of parking for us in the hotel carpark even during mid July, peak season. Good location for day trips to Volterra, Chianti, other hills towns etc.

The hotel was in a great location inside the walls of Siena. The deluxe room was roomy, very comfortable bed, and nice big bathroom. We loved the beautiful big courtyard overlooking the Tuscan countryside where we enjoyed drinks and the sunset. Complementary breakfast was an unexpected delight - very generous and tasty. The service was excellent we helpful directions instructions on getting to the hotel and to the hotel's private parking - a huge boon in Siena with the strict ZTL.

We loved everything.

The extensive view to the west was amazing. It's worth booking Palazzo Ravizza for the sunset views alone. Could walk to all attractions to Sienna within minutes. Easy access to bus station (≈15 min walk) for day trips to Monteriggioni and San Gimignano. Kind and helpful staff who were able to provide small bandages (Band-Aids) for my partner's foot blisters. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to others.

The breakfast could use a bit more variety, such as bread, which was non-existent. Espresso drinks from the bar were excellent though.

The veiw from my room was amazing! (double with garden view). The bed was so comfy and the room very spacious as was the bathroom with a wonderful shower (always a big plus for me!) The location is very convenient to the historic center but far enough away to forget your are in a "touristy" atmosphere. Really enjoyed the bar service in the evenings especially when able to sit out on the veranda to enjoy the view. The young barista was wonderful!

There really wasn't anything I didn't like about this hotel.
