This hotel is absolutely beautiful! When we arrived and came out of the lift to reception, the view from the terrace over Sorrento is just stunning. My friend almost started crying she was so blown away! The rooftop pool and pool bar are also lovely with the same amazing views and was never crowded or too busy even in the middle of summer. Breakfast was fantastic with great views again and the loveliest guy who managed the restaurant and was always on hand to get us whatever we wanted as well as vegan options for my friend. The room was lovely - best view from the large balcony! For the price of some of the places in Sorrento, considering the view we had, this place was pretty good value. Highly recommended!

It's a bit of a walk uphill - 15/20 minutes - from the centre of town, but this didn't bother us at all.

The view was amazing, pool was great, deck was lovely. The room layout was good and spacious. The view made the entire stay!

The soundproofing is very bad and the staff was very loud in the morning outside. You could hear guests opening and closing their door. You could hear everything from your room, making it hard to sleep. Bed and linens could be improved.

Breakfast was amazing and the main guy is such a sweetheart, knows everyone by name and room number and constantly checking in to make sure you're happy. Pool is excellent with bar snacks and drinks. Overall a stunning stay

The view from our room was stunning but being on the road was quite loud. We had also been placed in between two incredibly loud rooms of guests so maybe bring ear plugs!

Breakfast was delicious! A huge assortment of delicious foods, and made to order eggs. An incredible coffee machine. I looked forward to it each morning.

There was no air conditioning until later on in the season, so we were very hot each time we were in our room. We couldn't leave our window open since when we tried, bugs flew in.

The room, the view, the breakfast food and restaurant staff are terrific. Housekeeping was very good and head waiter at the restaurant is awesome.

It was a missed opportunity in our opinion that the jacuzzi is not heated. For travelers who stay at the hotel during the cooler months it would be a super nice treat to get into a heated jacuzzi. Machines in fitness room are a bit old & should be replaced soon.

Breakfast was Amazing! The Staff was exceptional, especially Antonio! Awesome location. Front desk was so helpful and we enjoyed the excursions they set up for us!

I only wish we could have stayed longer! We are looking forward to a return visit to Hotel Minerva!

Excellent location. Very close to the town. Lovely views. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Great value.

Larger pool was close unexpectedly without warning. Air conditioning only worked on low power for non-peak time

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff, in particular the restaurant staff, are top notch professionals. You immediately feel relaxed and at home inside the beautiful terraces and comfy seating areas. Enjoy an aperitif on your personal Terrance and admire the spectacular vista's while catching some sun or sunset. The food is not to be missed as we found the quality and value of our dinners better than what we found in town.

Although booking.com did accept American Express for my booking however the facility does not.

Good location about a 1km walk from town up a manageable slope though fast traffic makes it a bit hairy at times after dark Staff are very nice and views from balcony rooms are spectacular with the marina below and Mt. Vesuvius right in front; though sunset views are blocked by the curve. Breakfast and dinner are both better than the average hotel. Building is well kept and nicely decorated and clean. Will definitely stay again when in Sorrento

The location was amazing, beautiful views of the sea and Sorrento from both our balcony and the communal areas/pool. The breakfast and service was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere.

We couldn't find anything that we didn't like.
