The location was perfect right at the edge of the Piazza and not far from the train and bus Station. The pool and deck on the roof were very nice. Breakfast options every morning in the breakfast room were delicious. Our room was a nice size and we did pay the upgrade for the private bathroom. The staff was very professional and efficient.

The breakfast bags could have contained some nice croissants, the promised bottles of water and cold juice. We had to leave early a couple of days for our tours and got the breakfast bag to go. It was supposed to have two bottles of water, juice and some pastries and fruit. It was a little disappointing because there was just warm juice, a couple of dry rolls with jam, an apple and an orange for the two of us to share. And there was no water. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the sheets were a bit rough. A higher thread count or some fabric softener would help.

We really liked this hotel. It was well situated - nice and close to the train/ bus links (450m, walkable even with cases). Loved the overall location, close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was ok. A little dark as it looked onto a side street. I was initially disappointed but got used to it, and it was quiet at night. The shower was powerful and hot, the bathroom well equipped with nice toiletries. Good wardrobe with lots of hangers and a safe, also lots of storage for cases, which helped us to get comfortable. Beach towels provided which was great. Didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. Breakfast was good. Attentive and friendly service throughout our stay and lovely coffee. The sweet treats at breakfast were amazing, just had to try not to eat too many!!! Thank you for a lovely stay, we felt it was good value and enjoyed ourselves.

We would’ve liked to use the rooftop bar but it was packed, so ended up in the ground floor bar which was lacking atmosphere compared to upstairs. For breakfast if would’ve been nice to have a better complimentary selection of eggs to serve British & American tastes, I know that a surcharge for eggs (poached, omelette, fried) is normal in Italy, so it’s not really criticism.

The location was perfect! All the restaurants, shops and beach were within walking distance and the train station was only 6 minutes away. Beautiful views around the hotel overlooking the sea. The rooftop bar was beautiful and the staff were really friendly. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was good, and they made sure I had gluten-free options too. It was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room worked really well and was easy to control. When we were leaving early for our flight, they provided us with a bag of breakfast goodies, which I thought was a nice gesture.

On our last day, our pyjamas went missing (they must have been accidentally scooped up when the bed was being made/changed). However, when I went to reception to ask about them, they weren't very helpful and said they couldn't do anything until 8.30am the next morning - I explained that we were leaving at 7am, but they shrugged and said that I would have to give them a call when we were back in England. It's not so much about the lost pyjamas, but more so about how it was dealt with...

The location is really good, next to the main street, close to the port to Carpri. Good size modern room, It has a mini fridge in the room. Its very useful, especially to cool down bottles of water before leaving the hotel. The breakfast is also amazing, both sweet and savoury are very good.

The swimming pool is a quite small and shallow, you cant really swim, its more for chilling out. but still pretty great ...

The hotel is in the perfect position, so close to the marina and shops. It was clean, not too big and the staff were amazing. The roof top bar is the best feature - lovely staff especially Marco and great choice for lunch.

The rooms are a little dated - I also co tasted the hotel as we were visiting for our anniversary and requested to do something special for our anniversary morning and they were unable to help.

The location was perfect. We received ‘above and beyond’ service from all staff, at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sky bar which had a great vibe (cool music and live music also), lovely food and amazing views. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and regularly serviced. The breakfast was tasty and a great choice, and the team so helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return. Thank you.

We had a lovely time here. We arrived on Friday when they served free bruscetta at the rooftop bar whilst watching the sun set. The hotel staff were fantastic and very accommodating with helping to book transfers and alternate train options when we managed to miss the one we planned to get (my bad!). Location was perfect just off the main square. I would highly recommend this for a stay in Sorrento.

Excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff who arranged all our three tours which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was really nice in a great environment.

It’s not a criticism but our room didn’t have much of an outlook, we accept that is part of being in a high density area and we were out most of the time anyway or up at the hotel pool.

Location excellent, breakfast room, bar, rooftop bar and lounge bar all great and rhe staff in these areas go above and beyond, they are exceptional and make the hotel. The rooms are just ok, not 4 star rooms probably 3 star, very tight on space, both the room and bathroom. Housekeeping stage great. Otherwise good.

Rooms too small

Location was perfect! Couple steps from the main square where there are lots of shopping and lots of restaurants. You don't feel the business of the city once you step foot in the hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal, great options and the staff were all amazing and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.
