The location was perfect right at the edge of the Piazza and not far from the train and bus Station. The pool and deck on the roof were very nice. Breakfast options every morning in the breakfast room were delicious. Our room was a nice size and we did pay the upgrade for the private bathroom. The staff was very professional and efficient.

The breakfast bags could have contained some nice croissants, the promised bottles of water and cold juice. We had to leave early a couple of days for our tours and got the breakfast bag to go. It was supposed to have two bottles of water, juice and some pastries and fruit. It was a little disappointing because there was just warm juice, a couple of dry rolls with jam, an apple and an orange for the two of us to share. And there was no water. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the sheets were a bit rough. A higher thread count or some fabric softener would help.

We really liked this hotel. It was well situated - nice and close to the train/ bus links (450m, walkable even with cases). Loved the overall location, close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was ok. A little dark as it looked onto a side street. I was initially disappointed but got used to it, and it was quiet at night. The shower was powerful and hot, the bathroom well equipped with nice toiletries. Good wardrobe with lots of hangers and a safe, also lots of storage for cases, which helped us to get comfortable. Beach towels provided which was great. Didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. Breakfast was good. Attentive and friendly service throughout our stay and lovely coffee. The sweet treats at breakfast were amazing, just had to try not to eat too many!!! Thank you for a lovely stay, we felt it was good value and enjoyed ourselves.

We would’ve liked to use the rooftop bar but it was packed, so ended up in the ground floor bar which was lacking atmosphere compared to upstairs. For breakfast if would’ve been nice to have a better complimentary selection of eggs to serve British & American tastes, I know that a surcharge for eggs (poached, omelette, fried) is normal in Italy, so it’s not really criticism.

The location was perfect! All the restaurants, shops and beach were within walking distance and the train station was only 6 minutes away. Beautiful views around the hotel overlooking the sea. The rooftop bar was beautiful and the staff were really friendly. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was good, and they made sure I had gluten-free options too. It was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room worked really well and was easy to control. When we were leaving early for our flight, they provided us with a bag of breakfast goodies, which I thought was a nice gesture.

On our last day, our pyjamas went missing (they must have been accidentally scooped up when the bed was being made/changed). However, when I went to reception to ask about them, they weren't very helpful and said they couldn't do anything until 8.30am the next morning - I explained that we were leaving at 7am, but they shrugged and said that I would have to give them a call when we were back in England. It's not so much about the lost pyjamas, but more so about how it was dealt with...

The location was perfect. We received ‘above and beyond’ service from all staff, at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sky bar which had a great vibe (cool music and live music also), lovely food and amazing views. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and regularly serviced. The breakfast was tasty and a great choice, and the team so helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return. Excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff who arranged all our three tours which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was really nice in a great environment.

It’s not a criticism but our room didn’t have much of an outlook, we accept that is part of being in a high density area and we were out most of the time anyway or up at the hotel pool.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance(100mtrs) to the shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel staff, were all exceptionally helpful and friendly, from the minute we checked in, the staff could not have been anymore helpful. Reception staff, the manager of the breakfast room, bar staff and room maids were all very good.

Whilst our romm was very clean, and comfortable, it was a bit on the small side, especially the bathroom.

Hotel and Rooms - beautiful, clean, modern, and felt brand new. The smell of the hotel was amazing, you could tell a lot of effort was put into making it a contemporary yet modern place. The rooms were very clean, the beds are comfortable and you can choose the type of pillows and bedding you want from the hotel app. the cleaners set the room to the temperature you request on the app, after each clean and on arrival too. We also requested a twin room on the app and this was granted. It looks like most rooms came with balconies with chairs, we opted for a nonsmoking room but still got a balcony which was nice. There is a fully fitted gym downstairs too. The rooftop terrace has a full bar and nice music playing in the background- apparently, they have a saxophonist who plays at night but we missed this. The pool area has sun loungers which were used a lot by hotel guests. Staff - The staff is really attentive, including the receptionist, cleaners, breakfast staff, and bar staff. Special call out to the staff who remembered our coffee orders every morning! The restaurant manager Matteo was so attentive, funny, and informative. Very polite and dedicated to his work! Carlo on the bar made the most amazing cocktails, and Marco and Giuseppe were so kind and funny and went the extra mile to ensure the breakfast buffet was clean and fresh food was brought out very regularly. Location - The location of the hotel is right off the main piazza in the town center of Sorrento, quite literally 30 seconds from everything - bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, everything is 30 seconds away. Taxis are right outside, but you'll never need to use them. The hotel is also a 7 min walk to the main station to catch the coach or train to Naples Airport Breakfast - The breakfast was amazing, American, British, and continental - displayed beautifully - cheeses and hams, cakes, pastries, pancakes, cereal, eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, potatoes, sausages, and fresh juices.

Nothing, it exceeded expectations.

The room was very comfortable in size and the bed was also very comfortable. Towels and toiletries such as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper were replenished daily. The breakfast offered by the hotel was excellent with many food choices and the staff was very efficient and friendly. Love the location of this hotel since it is walking distance to bus/train station and the ferry terminal. This place is also located on a side street which is much quieter than if it was on a major road.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great and breakfast was exceptional. There was nothing negative about this hotel. Will definitely return to this hotel if ever in Sorrento again.

The location of the hotel is very excellent. It was in the center of Sorrento. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and kind to the guests. The breakfast is very tasty and varied, but I wished that the breakfast would not end early. I liked the place, and there is a swimming pool and a terrace with a beautiful view, and I recommend it. I will definitely book it if I visit Sorrento again. Thank you Plaza staff 💚

Loved this hotel , Spotless, Fantastic staff especially Mateo in the breakfast area. Extremely perfessional, friendly & helpful. Greeted with a lovely smile & chat every morning. Location was excellent right beside the square & a 5 minutes walk to the train station..Definitely recommend this hotel. Thank-you for a wonderful time.
