Exceptional stay! We couldn't have asked for a better location - the apartment is perfectly situated in a wonderfully quiet area while still being close to the city center. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we were treated to delicious breakfasts each morning. What really made our stay special was our wonderful host, who was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we are absolutely delighted with our choice to stay here. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable!

The apartment is right in the historical center of Taormina. You go for a walk and you can enjoy the best views of Taormina in a few minutes. There is even a shop nearby where you can get your supplies. There is a shared outside space in a walled garden where you can sit and relax. The apartment is spacious, in good condition. The host are very friendly and helpful. They provided a very good breakfast and were flexible with breakfast time to accomodate our travel plans. You cannot go by car right to the apartment (it is generally true for all similar places in Taormina), but the big car park is in 15 minutes walking distance and a free shuttle bus can take you up with your luggage. You need to use your legs to reach the apartment on a flight of stairs, but again this is not unusual in this beautiful, hilly town.

I had excellent communication from Daniele before during and after my stay. He greeted me on arrival, showed me to my room and offered some tips about Taormina. The room and bathroom were spotless and quite large, and there was a great terrace area for breakfast or other times. The property is just outside one of the entrances to the Main Street, not far from the bus drop off/ pick up point for the train. Daniele was more than happy to answer any questions I had. He offered a packed breakfast when I thought I need to leave early. As it turned out I was able to stay and enjoy the cooked breakfast he provided. Great value accommodation and excellent service. The breakfast was lovely - prepared each morning and served outside on the terrace. The rooms was clean and comfortable, with lots of room and a good-sized bathroom. Great location.

There was nothing I disliked about this accommodation. If I have to state something less than ideal it was the stairs up from the street to the outer security doorway. But the whole of Taormina is hilly so....its not a complaint. Just me being lazy. The accommodation was well located - close to the action but not right in amongst it. With restaurants nearby and a supermarket too. The in-room fridge was good for keeping plenty of cold water on hand.

We had a great breakfast the first morning and when we told our chef we would be leaving too early for breakfast the next day, he made us ham and cheese sandwiches for the road. Really a step above to do that. Breakfast is served on the outside patio which is a lovely setting for breakfast or a nightcap.

Lots of stairs to get to this property and the handrails are in bad shape.

The owners are very nice and did their best so that we feel as good as possible. They also sent us a list of recommendations for places where to eat. The breakfast was amazing. We had the savory option (eggs, bacon and small pizza), but we always received extra cake, toast, cannoli, jam, Nutella, etc. Basically you could get very full everyday easily. We think that the older reviews that complain about the stairs are a bit exaggerated since there aren't that many stairs or anyway a decent amount for Taormina. Keep in mind that Taormina is not a very accessible place for people that don't have a decent physical condition anyway, being full of streets or stairs that you need to climb. All in all the value for the money was great, all the small things that were not that good were acceptable in comparison with the small price that we paid, compared to the prices in the rest of Taormina.

The mattresses were not the best, but we slept good anyway. That being said, we think a change of mattresses would be helpful for the satisfaction of the guests. We had a small problem with the boiler that warms the water for the shower. It can't hold enough water for a long shower so at the end of the shower the water was not very warm. But that was a problem only the first time, we later knew that we need to be a bit faster and maybe conserve the warm water when we could.

Room is tidy and comfortable. Environment is very nice and peaceful. Staff is very nice and helpful. I feel safe and relax in there. Location is very good, even having steps which still very good location. Just next to the city center but it is away from the crowd. I like it. Walk distance to visiting sites and take around half hour to the beaches by public transportation, very convenience.

Lovely BnB. Very central but enough out of the centre to be quiet at night. Excellent croissants at breakfast and the host was very accommodating about helping us with an early breakfast as we had to have an early check out to head home! Would love to have stayed a little longer. Highly recommended 👍

The steps up are the only downside but even then there aren’t many at all, and it is good to walk off all the cannoli’s!

We were very satisfied with our stay here. Prices in Taormina are quite high so it was a relief to find an affordable, clean and pleasant stay here. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast very fine. Location is great so very near the highlights of Taormina.

The 10 review rating is based on Price/Performance which was a 10. That does not mean there weren't any negatives. You have to walk quite some steps to reach the apartment so leave as much luggage in the car as possible. There is some noise from the upstairs neighbours and the room has only the front door for daylight.

Amazing hosts, had a small problem and they fixed it immediately. Easy check-in and easy communication with the hosts. Good alternatives for breakfast, one savory and one sweet.

Could maybe have the breakfast open until 10 so you’re able to sleep in a little if you would like to. Lot’s of steps to access the B&B can be tough with luggage.
