We were very warmly welcomed and got a detailed explanation of how everything worked from the very nice gentlemen at their restaurant. The room was simple but super clean and looked just renovated, the towels were especially comfy! The breakfast was also amazing, the lady running it was super polite and attentive to all guests. The location was perfect very near the train station to take your Bernina ride!! Overall super happy especially with their customer service, amazing job!

There is no elevator which was ok for us but could be an issue for someone else. Apart form that we loved everyhting.

The room was clean, and we had a nice balcony. Jessy was very helpful and let us have a late check-in. We particularly liked the breakfast. It was served in the Merizzi restaurant, just round the corner. The options were not great but it exceeded our expectations from a B&B. Overall we enjoyed our (1-nigh) stay. We were in Tirano to get the Bernina Express to St Moritz, and this accommodation is in walking distance from the station - very convenient. ***Bonus point: try ice creams in nearby Gelateria Lollipop, fabulous!***

There was only one pillow for each person and we didn't find them very comfortable. I think the host should include an extra pillow for each person. Maybe we could have asked the host (I'm sure she would have provided us with what we needed) but it was late at night and we decided not to bother her. The price is not cheap but there are not too many options in Tirano and I guess supply/demand dictates the price. I feel the right price for a room in a B&B should not be >100 EUR.

Small but comfortable room, bit warm in the June heat, but OK. Balcony was shared, but as we were only there one night we didn't use it. Great location close to the train station and a reasonable walk to the old town and also to the Santuario della Madonna di Tirano which is worth a visit. Check in for the hotel was at the Merrizi restaurant, which is also where the limited, but good quality breakfast was served. If going to the Bernina bus to Lugano, it's a short walk through the underpass to the other side of the main train station.

Near to Bernina train station. Hospitality from the host , help in reaching the hotel . Breakfast was exceptionally excellent . Room , Bed , bathroom all excellent quality . All personal so nice with us and provided help when asked . Excellent communication. Sorry I am.bad with emojis , so don't know what i chosen here . All excellent i guess

Small things like USA plug support or USB charging facility . Shower heat regulations . AC or fan . I didn't understand on how to use the wall regulator to control temp. Coffee packets not available . Some of these easily can be rectified , this eco rooms breakfast qualify for 10 stars all the way for USA customers.

The location is excellent if u arrive to Tirano by train (but these days, Italy railway uses connecting bus where bus station is a bit further away). The room is modern (be noted check-in is made in the restaurant around the corner. I really feel this place is value for $, modern place with good breakfast and nice owner.

The room shares some old building issue, not sound proofing (could near upper stair at night when it is very quiet). Besides, there is some vibrating sound from time to time.. not so sure it’s really to tap or what.

The room was modern and very clean. It was also cool (mid April) which was refreshing after staying in so many over heated rooms. It took a while to work out the shower but once I did it was great. Breakfast was the usual fare with the addition of freshly cooked egg and bacon. Perfectly placed for the station. I would definitely stay again.

The fridge in my room didn't get cold. Checking in had to be done via the restaurant at the end of the road. I didn't find it easy to find anyone to ask about the area, or to report the broken fridge.

Our train from Milan to Tirano was delayed due to the rail strike, so I sent a message to the owners to let them know, they were super helpful is providing brilliant instructions to help us check into our room after 10pm, couldn't have asked for more, the room was exactly what we needed and great location, breakfast at the restaurant a few yards up the road was lovely, overall, despite our stay being only 1 might we really liked Tirano and would like to go back again.

The room was beautifully furnished with everything you might need provided. Breakfast is also really lovely in the restaurant next door. Staff were very friendly. Whole experience was fab.

No vegan options available for breakfast or dinner, but the staff went out of their way to source an alternative for dinner. Unfortunately, as it was not yet the start of the summer season, most everything was closed.

Great location just outside the station and walking distance to all facilities in Tirano. Room was comfortable. P powerful shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was fresh and we'll stocked.

Nothing wrong with the accommodation. We did had an issue with the 1st member of staff we encountered who was clearly disinterested in dealing with us which didn't help our initial impression. All other staff were extremely friendly and professional so perhaps we encountered her on an off day. But she has cost the venue a rating of 10.

This place exceeded my expectations. It is a beautifully appointed room with tea, coffee and a kettle, also a lift so we didn't have to carry our heavy bags to 5 floors. We were very comfortable for the 2 nights and slept well. The most impressive thing was the friendly staff and restaurant. The breakfast was excellent quality and we also dined at the restaurant on one of the nights which was delicious. This was only supposed to be a stay in Tirano for proximity to the Bernina express however it turned into much more because of the thought and attention put into the b&b by the owners. Happy to recommend to others as their first choice stay!
