The location was perfect, considering our trip on the Bernina Express (you can't get any closer). A friendly gentleman from the reception of Hotel Bernina took us to the place and showed us our room. We would probably have difficulty finding it ourselves (google maps showed a nearby pizzeria with a similar name). It was lovely to sit on the terrace in the evening and watch the trains and then the storm. The room was quiet despite being close to the train station. Breakfast downstairs was ok.

Location is PERFECT! The young man who showed me to my room and carried my extremely heavy bag was incredibly nice and a good host. Very much appreciate that since this was my first time in Tirano. I Will be back!

Put a sign on the coffee machine that it is not auto shut off. I over flowed mine when I went to dress. Easy to clean up but would hate for someone to have anything of value on the desk to ruin. But other than that this was perfection!

Excellent location to Bernina Express.

Difficult to find. Located adjacent to train station down a one way street going the wrong way. No name of hotel in front - name is actually Hotel Jane. No staff on site and check in is at Hotel Bernina. Hotel Bernina is about 200 yards to east in front of train station entrance.

Location to the train station is wonderful. Trains stop running in the evening, I believe before 10 pm so it doesn’t interfere with sleeping. We found the beds very pleasent. - Plus there is a fabulous wine bar and restaurant, Posteria Del Rosso, just steps away. The owner made wonderful recommendations based on our wine preferences and the ham and melon starter is a must try.

Wifi is very slow and the water needs to be hotter for showering.

Spacious room, nice design & layout. Amazing view. Comfort bed. Extremely clean and new. When we arrived in Tirano It was our impromtu decision to put up a night in Tirano before heading to Milan.. Had we not booked in advance our hotel in Milan we would have stayed for another night here.

Overall great.

A very modern and comfortable place to stay with its own little terrace (ground floor). Although it's right beside the railway station, it's really quiet and exceptionally clean. A Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a nice bonus. Check-in is at the Bernina Hotel 2 minutes' walk away so don't rock up to the Binario first, as there's no reception. All check-in, check-out and breakfast facilities are at the Bernina.

The location was great. Really close to the train station.

Unclear check in instructions. Alighting the train with our luggage, walking to the hotel only to be told to go and check in at another hotel was very tiring. Very unprofessional and rude person at the reception. There were several hygiene kits that were used in the bathroom and just left there. As if the room was not cleaned.

The room and the location were fantastic. The reception and housekeeping staff were wonderful and the restaurant staff for dinner were lovely. The breakfast staff were a little unwelcoming.

Breakfast was not the best. I think perhaps a bit short staffed as tables were often dirty and the room was HOT! This raised a concern for some of the food which was not chilled.

Very close to the station, a short walk to the city - perfect for coming and/or leaving by train. The room was big, the bathroom too. I had a small balcony. Breakfast was good. I would have liked to stay longer.

Big room, nicely furnished, very clean, balcony facing train station, mountain view, quiet in the night, comfortable bathroom, 2 minutes walk from the train station, nice bars, cafes and restaurants nearby, sufficient but not extraordinary breakfast buffet (mainly sweet food, fruits, cheese, meat, white bread, toasts, jam, crunchy musli).
