The bathroom, the lightings were exeptional, the staff very polite, and the most the director Danilo Salfi has done evrything for me to feel comfortable and changed be the room to a un 'altri livello' (high level), there ia everything to do business and to feel comfortable and relax, very clean and calm place and even 5 minutea to the airport bus stop, the port terminal and exactly on the centre of Trapani. 24hours reception open and print and scan my boarding cards and use the coffee machine at any time I want to do it., and so other many good plusses and advantages of the hotel.

Nothing, but let to much professional for italian people from south of Italy. Anyway, the professionalism is first. I fell in live to thia hotel even I am having flight every week and I have stayed in many hotel in all the Mediterranean sea!

It is my second time here and it always feels good to be back. All the staff is lovely and super welcoming. Thank you Grazia and Danilo for your wonderful hospitality. The apartment is clean and is located a couple of minutes away from the main port. There is also a bakery nearby and a small supermarket. Really close from the historial sights & beach - 5 min walk respectively - and from the best Gelateria in Trapani.

The room was huge, and there were two separate desks, so we two could take each one separately for our stuff. These things are important considering we were staying 3nights with many stuff with us.it has a small but applicable balcony to put our wet clothes after beach day. It was bright, clean and comfortable. And everything was clearly organized from check-in to check-out.

There were nothing in the bathroom to hang our towels so we had to put our wet tower on a chair on the top of each other. I am sure they can easily improve it : )

Perfect location - everything is at a few mins walking distance - port, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, city center, public park, train station, etc.

Well, the cleaning arrangement and garbage disposal was not very clearly communicated. Apart from that we had a very nice stay overall.

The space is fine to stay for 1-2 nights

Extreme noise at night both from the street and the corridor (it’s an aparthotel). Really if you need silence it’s not a place to go. Also single use shower gel packets are not the best idea, uncomfortable to use and I guess it would be much better to produce less plastic and put a bigger bottle which could be topped up. But that’s just a suggestion for the management, not something that would discourage me to come there again.

The accommodation was close to the center, which was a big advantage. The room was clean and practical, the service at the reception was always available. The bathroom is clean and practical. I really recommend this accommodation, I have nothing to complain about. :*

Good location, very nice apartment, tidy and spacious, bed very comfortable. Easy to find parking on the street in front. Short walk to the harbor where ferries leave to Favignana, and nice walking distance to the main street and good restaurants.

Coffee machine on the corridor was out of water.

Everything was really good and very clean and modern, Danilo was great. Apartment look exactly like on photos. Location is perfect in old town very close to all bars and restaurants and also to port we you can borrow ship to islands and where is also bus stop to Erice - just 2minutes walk.

Spring mattresses

Location is really good. Right in the center. You can easily get to the main streets, to the port and to the beach. Around the aparthotel you also have shops to do some quick shopping or to have a quick meal.

Room needs a kettle. It takes a bit too much time to boil the water for the morning coffee.

The apartment was very nice. Great location. The receptionist was very nice. We had no problem. We also did late check out which really helped us with an evening flight.

The Saturday night at around 1am there was a lot of noise from the street - but nothing unexpected...
