Modern decor and a new feel to the hotel. The room and hotel are very clean. We were able to pull the car up right to the entrance to drop off bags before parking. The location is great for walking.

Breakfast was nothing special. No slippers or robes which you would expect from a hotel of this level. The elevator was broken on the day we checked out so we had to bring down the luggage via the stairs BUT the manager at the desk offered to help us. The parking they offer with the shuttle service closes at 12 PM and check-in is not until 3 PM. It is also 8 euros a day. We found cheaper parking that was a 10-minute walk away, but because we could drop our luggage off first, the walk was no issue.

Great hotel with amazingly helpful team at the front desk. We had booked for 2 nights and needed a very early check-in and early check-out which they were so helpful in accomodating without any complaints. They were also really great about helping us find parking and making sure we didn't get a ticket where we parked - in fact, the reception team member left a note in case the ticketing police came along. They definitely went over and above what was expected.

Room was great. Maybe breakfast could have a little better variety but we were visiting during off-season so that's to be expected. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Re Sale boutique hotel is located very close to downtown (about 200 meters), room size and bathroom size decent. Bed was only 140 cm wide which is fine for single person, but for couple would be small. Newly refurbished more style hotel. Decent breakfast selection in breakfast place on 3rd floor on roof terrace.

all the rooms are very well decorated, new structure, clean, location is perfect, near the city center and the port.

during our second night there was a problem due to the rain and apparently they had some issues with staff, but we were not warned, when arrived in the breakfast area, it was not well prepared, many basic items missing and no one to help us (different from the first day, that it was great), we just missed some explanation in advance from the hotel. apart from that, we could hear chairs moving early in the morning from the breakfast area.

Super location Very clean

The room was unfortunately gloomy, more lighting would be great. The breakfast is expandable and unfortunately not as in the photos! It would be great if there were vegetables, fresh eggs and another selection of cheese.

- Staff were very friendly and informative on arrival and during our stay - Room was literally as advertised - Bathroom was really nice (except a small shower leak) - Location was perfect literally a 2 min walk to the main area - Parking was accessible and very inexpensive

- For a 4 star hotel the Wifi signal was very weak - Aircon for one of the nights was very poor

- Breakfast was great. - The room was beautiful and had a lovely small balcony - Great location in Trapani. - Overall, high class hotel!

- It was quite noisy, you could hear people talking on the hallway and in the neighbouring room. - The Wi-Fi connection wasn't very stable. - There were no beach towels.

THe Location was perfect. Walking distance to all of the site seeing that we wanted. The Staff was very helpful in pointing us to the best locations. Parking was about 100 meters away and inexpensive.

Really, everything was very good. We only stayed one night so it was just right. If we had stayed longer, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room.

The overall experience at Re Sale was delightful. Breakfast was delicious and the gentleman, who was taking care of the buffet was very kind and polite. I was with my wife and my 4 year old child. Ms. Grazia filled our hearts especially the one of our son hugging him at the check out. Thank you!

Room was fantastic, comfy huge bed, no noise at night. Modern, clean, great location, great breakfast. Bathroom was huge, clean, change of towels daily and cleaned. amazing value would go again. Won’t be disappointed.

No restaurant to eat at night or if there was we didn’t know about it.
