We had a room with access to the terrace which overlooks the lake with fabulous views. This was an excellent and much appreciated bonus for our 6 day stay. The road outside is a dead-end so very quiet. Parking was readily available and you can swim in the lake rocky access point. Breakfast was as expected and set us up for the morning. Christina and Carlo were great hosts.

There is no aircon in the rooms so you need to bear this in mind. Despite very hot weather this wasn't a problem for us as we could open the door to the terrace and the ceiling fan was quiet during the nights.

At arrival the owners themselves welcomed us nicely, and showed us our room and how everyting worked. Me and my girlfriend slept in a nice bed with great pillows, ventilation and a small but cute choice of drinks from the minibar. The bathroom was very clean and warm, so taking showers was a pleasure as well. After a good night we went to get breakfast, and again the owners showed us a table to sit at and asked if we would like something like scrambled eggs or a salad, or some coffee or tea which was very nice of them. To summarize it, no problems whatsoever, a great room with an even greater view; two friendly and cute owners, and a nice breakfast after a good sleep. Thanks for everything! <3

The hotel is in a very peaceful location on the lake, well away from the big crowds that you’d find in Como. Christina greeted us with such warmth and made us feel very welcome. Her and her staff worked tirelessly for all the guests. The Hotel is probably the best 3 star you will find. Everything was very well looked after and kept tidy. The Hotel is located near some outstanding restaurants, the one we preferred was Baia di Parè who had a full gluten free menu and baked their own GF Bread. Their food is outstanding! I highly recommend Hotel Bellavista.

.This is a lovely family hotel, located right on Lake Como, managed by a couple of very nice and hospitable people. The feeling in their hospitality is so willing as if they are hosting in their own private living room, very pleasant, helpful, wholeheartedly. We received an answer to everything we needed, including directions to restaurants, places to tour the area and where to park the car for a tour of Milan. Highly recommended The rooms face a lovely view in front of the lake and the mountains The breakfast was great, just the right amount, served to the table, the dining room facing a gorgeous view

Extremely comfortable hotel with very kind owners and staff. If you're driving to Como, the location is perfect. Wide roads and easy parking (much unlike the rest of Como). The Ferry terminal is a short walk away. One can easy visit Lecco, Bellagio and other popular towns without getting into the mess of their complicated roads and parking. The rooms are clean. The view is to die for (The more popular towns could never give this kind of view from your hotel room). The mini bar is well stocked and well priced. The breakfast buffet is perfect. Many options. The owner lady even baked a fresh Orange cake for the guests, which I enjoyed very much. The checkin-checkout timings are also flexible and practical.

A little bit of a mosquito problem due to its vicinity to the lake. Maybe a mosquito repellant machine could be placed in all rooms, without asking. Also, during our stay, wifi signal was weak.

BEAUTIFUL location!!! Amazing family, run by just the sweetest precious staff! They made us feel so welcome, special, and taken care of! Staying in this hotel was apart of the whole experience. Perfectly located to drive to both Como area and Bellagio. We stayed on the lake view side of the hotel. Highly recommend! Delicious breakfast! Everything was just absolutely lovely!! Would 100% stay again.

I loved EVERYTHING!!! Only mention would be that the beds are firm. It was not a problem for me, but my husband made mention of it.

The property has great views of the lake and is in a serene environment. The owners who run the hotel are extremely friendly and the breakfast felt like eating at home. Would recommend it to anyone!

You need to keep quiet not to bother the other guests as most people open their windows. This was not an issue for me, because I travelled on my own, but the place is better suited for people who want quiet and peace. This was a plus for me, but those who do not want to worry about being loud might want to consider someplace else.

The view of the lake was exceptional. The owners and staff went out of their way to help us. Unfortunately we had trouble getting a taxi from the station to the hotel. In the end, the owners kindly rescued us from the side of the road after being evicted from a taxi in the rain due to standstill traffic, and having walked 2kms! The breakfast was very good with a beautiful view of the lake.

We booked a train from Milan to Lake Como, which we found out was wrong. We should have gone to Lecco station, which we eventually did. Then got a horribly rude taxi driver from station to hotel. It was a bit of an ordeal getting to the hotel.

The atmosphere and the view were fantastic. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well organized. They were very helpful with suggestions and willing to go the extra mile

Highly recommended place to stay and chill. The view is outstanding! Each room has balcony, fronting the lake and mountains. Because of it's location the hotel area is so quite and charm. The hotel is managed by a lovely couple, Christina and Saint Carlo! they are both purely welcoming and kind and always available. Breakfast was complete and delicious, served overlooking the lake! For ones who doesn't come to stay with a vehicle or bike, there are a bus-stop 6mins away by walking from the hotel which the busses V1 & V2 rich you to Lecco train station and reverse, another bus takes you to beautiful Bellagio and reverse.
