The property is made up of two separate buildings, each with its own lovely patio where you can relax. Inside our building everything was well decorated and comfortable. We had a top floor room room with roof windows which I adored. From our room you could reach a very nice rooftop terrace. The room was clean, although a bit dusty in some spots and some items were a bit outdated.. There is no minibar and the closest shop is within 5minute distance but we drank tap water which is safe and spared us from carrying bottles and plastic, which we enjoyed. The location is a bit hard to find on Google maps, although within less than 10 minutes walking from Piazzale Roma, because the app is too tired to show you all the streets you need to take :) so you have a dot and figure out how to get to it, like in the maize games :) Nevertheless the owner sent us directions in advance (thank you!) and we were fine.

The power outlets were difficult, they had an European adapter but only for one of them, where the TV and fridge were plugged in. Breakfast was brought into our room every morning as there is no breakfast room and the weather was too rainy to sit on the terrace and it had many supermarket products which we did not enjoy that much.

Clean, beautifull and quiet place, well positioned. Not hard to find it, just need to follow the front door numbers. Not far from train stations or car parking, and also not far from attractions, just in the middle of the two. Very well equipped with everything is needed for guests. It was well prepared with mosquito killers, so we had a good sleep because of that :). The communication was very good. Nina prepared us a good breakfast, with everything you need for having full energy for a long morning walk. The host helped us with specific directions for places to visit, where you can buy things with a good price, and where you can find a good Italian pizza :) I really appriciate that, because they were very helpfull. Everything was perfect and clean. I recomand this place for stay.

Beautiful hidden away spot. The interiors are traditional and beautiful, while old are well kept clean and comfortable. There's air conditioning. There's no elevator but staff member Nick helped us up with all of our luggage. He was very kind and helpful. Good restaurant recommendations too. There were limited breakfast options in the area so we found it goood to have breakfast at Ca Della Corte. There has a cute little veranda to eat out on.

It was hard to find. Google maps did not want to show a route. We accidentally walked past it the first time, but Nick came out when he saw us go by with luggage. After that, I was glad of the tucked away location. Yet it was easy walking distance to vaporetto station and restaurants.

We loved everything about the hotel: the convenient location near the bus station and a short walk from sights and restaurants, very nice staff who gave us good advice about dining. The room was stylish and comfortable, quiet with a garden view. The breakfast for very good price was more than sufficient, including juice, fresh fruits, croissants melting in your mouth.. We had a lovely stay.

Nothing except 1 small inconvenience: We found the fridge turned off and with some odour so it wasn't ready to use on arrival. It was thoroughly cleaned next morning. So only 1 point down for this, otherwise all was really perfect!

The property was exactly as we expected, arranged in traditional way, very clean, cozy and confortable. It's placed very close to the train station, in a quiet neighborhood. The italian breakfast was delicious and it was served every morning on the terrace with a nice view. The staff was very friendly, relaxed and helpful. We loved eating the traditional cookies that we could find anytime in the lobby.

I didn't appreciate that although I booked a room with matrimonial bed, I received a room with 2 attached single beds. Also, the shower cabin is quite small.

Great place and very good location in a quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance to all the sightseeing in Venice. The host family is very kind, attentive, and helpful with everything you may need. Rooms are very well kept, nicely furnished, and tastefully decorated. We extended our visit and stayed in two rooms, in both of which we felt very comfortable. Having the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight in the morning. We recommend this place and will come back.

Really, we have nothing to complain. All was good.

Can not fault our 2 night stay. Fabulous room size. Wonderful owner who made us feel at ease. Great insight on area knowledge, art culture gave us a map with ways to venture in venice and eating places. We were ever so blessed with all our BB as they all gave us the best advice. Our flight was not till late so they had a private courtyard with a safe place to leave luggage. If we stayed longer would have made use of courtyard. Ideal location near bus station and train. We walked everywhere and took away beautiful memories and moments.

It was easy to communicate with the staff and we could call their phone number for any queries. They were kind to recommend both touristy and non touristy spots we could visit. They also let us leave our luggage with them for a while after the checkout. There is a tea kettle in the room and they also have a pretty terrace accessible for all guests.

The bed (mattress) was not so comfortable. Didn’t feel that the carpets were so clean. Breakfast is served in the room (not in common area) and the staff for providing breakfast spoke only Italian. The workaround is to call the reception to notify them if you want something additional for the breakfast.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we weren’t able to use the booked room. Even though, we received the greatest option that they’ve had: a beautiful antique and romantic room with view on the patio. Modern bathroom with very comfortable shower. The owner of the hotel was so friendly and easy to connect with through iMessage/Whatsapp. She gave us some great advice for visiting the city, with local must visits and lovely restaurants. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend!

Very nice and welcoming place in quiet spot, with lots of personal touches from the owner. Super location not far from the train station and very close to the station - Rialto axis. Nice and large room with everything and with a/c.

3 storey narrow stairs. The owner helped with the luggage, and there is a special chair for anyone unable to go up the stairs. For us it was fine, but it is not ideal for older people or anyone with health issues.
