Perfect location few minute walk to train & atvo shuttle bus to airports plus views to multiple bridges and canals, souvenir shopping, great seafood and Gelato next door on canal plus beautiful Venetian decor rooms, modern bath, shower, electronics, dependable wi-fi, staff was THE best compared to 6 other hotels in 5 European countries we visited

Our stay was too short. One brutal day & 2 nites is too rushed to savor Venice.

Great location and easy to get to multiple lines on the water buses. The staff was very nice and accommodating!

The rooms were clean but the hotel overall was a bit older so the rooms were fairly small. Also, the mattresses weren't super comfortable.

I've now stayed in three hotels on Piazzale Roma, always the night before an early morning flight out of Venice. Arlecchino was an excellent option. It's got a lovely view of Venice and comfortable rooms, absolutely excellent bathrooms, and fantastic staff, even at 4 am. The elevator is clean and efficient and the location on a pretty canal is a lovely place to spend a last night in Venice. If you're thinking of staying here for your whole visit to Venice, it's an acceptable option, but I prefer to stay some place where I can't see any cars, and can only see what makes Venice special: the canals and the architecture. This hotel is perfect if you arrive late or leave early, as it's close to the transportation hub, but it's not the romantic setting for a longer stay.

We booked at the Arlechino but is was being rennovated so we were transferred to the Olimpia Hotel adjacent, so this review is about the Olimpia Hotel. The room was great, it is near to the bus and train stations so the location worked well for us on arrival and departures from Venice. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with our information requests about Venice. The breakfast room and food was awesome, very, very good. The room was great, clean and with comfortable bed. The Olimpia Hotel also has a very nice outside courtyard that was good at breakfast when days were warmer and in the early evening.

I liked everything about this hotel.

Hotel Arlecchino has the best location in all of Venice in my personal opinion. The bus/train station is right across from the hotel so if it’s gonna be your first time in Venice I highly suggest staying here if you don’t want to drag your luggage for a long period of time. Also, there are amazing places to get dinner and breakfast around the hotel so don’t stress on where to go first. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hotel and the price is not bad either. Not sure when will be the next time we come back to Venice but for sure this will be my first choice!

A good location, close to the train station and the bus station. An amazing breakfast in the sister hotel Olimpia. very cooperative and accommodating staff. The bed was comfortable and the view of the cute canal with cafes from the window was intoxicating.

The room was tiny. We were in a long trip so had two large suitcase, two trolleys and two small daily backpacks. To fit these in the room was a juggling act. One suitcase was on the tiny table, one on the floor. One trolley on the suitcase stand near the door, and one suitcase on the floor. The bathroom is also very small and right smack in the middle is the little-used bidet. The toilet is so close to the bathroom door that it can only be cracked open if the toilet is occupied. We had lots of issues getting our electric converters from the Italian standard to the US standard to work in this room. Apparently Venice uses somewhat different outlets. But with the help of the staff we managed somehow, though the outlets near the nightstands didn’t take our converters.

The location right next to the bus terminal and within walking distance of the train terminal was perfect for us. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of main Venice but within east reach with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby that were wonderful. The hotel itself was clean and aircon was great. Also the staff were very kind and helpful. Overall we would definitely use the the hotel again.

The only gripe was the over bath shower, it didn’t have a curtain or screen so when showering it was difficult to not soak everything within the bathroom.

The location was excellent for us. It was very close to the bus depot which made lugging our suitcases to the hotel very easy! the front desk staff, Irene in particular, was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. Even though we arrived before check-in time, we were given access to our room right away. The view of the canal was lovely. Breakfast at Hotel Olympia was bountiful and comfortable. We liked that we could leave our suitcases there after we checked out. we will definitely stay at Hotel Arlecchino when we are back in Venice!

There really isn’t anything we didn’t like. it suited us perfectly.

The room was small but had a great view of the canal. It had a full bath and was very clean. The location was close to the bus terminal and, train station. We only had one bridge to move our luggage over to get to our hotel. A continental breakfast was available for a cost of 15 euros per person. The breakfast was not served on site but two doors down at their sister hotel.

The bath/shower did not hav a shower curtain and was difficult to keep water from getting on the bathroom floor. It was easier to take a bath. The room key had a magnetic on it that had to be inserted into a device on the wall and stay in the device in order for the lights to work. When you leave your room you have to take your key with you and turn it in at the front desk.

What a gem of a hotel right next to Piazale della Roma. However you arrive it is not far to drag your bags. The greeting on arrival was wonderful, everything in order. We were early for check in but they held our bags while we set out to re discover Venice with a happy heart. Breakfast at nearby Olympia hotel was sensational and easy to access. Our room was welcomingly warm, summer is only a few weeks away but still a bit chilly.The bathroom was huge for Venice, and the room itself was decorated beautifully and pristine. Noise from outside was just about zero. Would book there again in a heartbeat

If our stay was longer......there were no negative aspects to the hotel at all. Everyone was cheerful and happy to help. Could not complain about anything. Loved having a lift, as sometimes you have to drag suitcases upstairs in Venice....bonus.
