This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our 2 week trip. Perfectly located, all the amenities, plus some. Fantastic staff that went well above and beyond our expectations. Helping us with cars to Ravenna and other travel necessities, restaurant reservations..etc. Literally no limit to the amount of help they were willing to offer and with a smile and pleasant attitude.

The 3rd bed in our room was a very hard mattress. King bed was also hard, but that's to be expected in Europe, so no points off for that. Accomodations were wonderful

The hotel itself is superb. Very nice design, very luxurious. The staff is nice, polite and really helpful. The included breakfast is amazing. The selection is super good and everything is delicious. They have the breakfast in the winter garden which is a magnificent room with a view on the gardens. Room was comfortable and well appointed (but on the small side). Location is great if you need to use busses or trains (we booked this hotel as we had a bus transfer to Ravenna for a cruise). The hotel was very quiet even if close to taxi/bus/train terminals. This area of Venice is a bit more calm than San Marco/Rialto/etc.

The room was small (but very beautiful and comfortable) with little storage room. But this was a Superior King Room (not a suite). The luxury of the hotel commends a higher price. But you do get a luxurious, full service hotel. If your stay will focus on the popular sights of Venice, you are a good distance from these sites. Easily walkable, but a good 20-30 min away. Always pleasant to walk the streets of Venice, but if you want to be close to the popular sites, this hotel may not have the perfect location.

Great location. If you are using the train, it is only a short walk from the station. It was also very close to a vaporetto stop so very convenient location. Really nice breakfast and the breakfast room/restaurant was lovely. They provided a map with some great recommendations for restaurants. We booked a triple room (I travelled with my sister and daughter) and it wasn't a large room but was big enough as we didn't spend long in the room anyway. One of the bigger lifts we found in Italian hotels! Very clean and nice bathroom.

It is a beautiful hotel and well located. Very convenient for the station and coach station but still secluded next to a pretty park and overlooking a quiet canal. All the staff were very courteous and helpful, the rooms were charming and extremely comfortable. There was a delightful welcome gift and bubbly to celebrate our anniversary so we felt very spoiled!

Really nothing-it was lovely. The only slightly offering thing was that the bar drinks were extremely expensive, which was a surprise; it’s easy enough to find lovely places nearby for much less, but we would otherwise have had drinks there more often as it’s a pretty location.

I like the location! So close to train and bus stations, our arrival and departure were so easy. And despite the fact it is so close to the train station, neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful with little green park nearby, where you can hear bird singing in the morning. Also it was so close to the main attractions, you can easily walk to every spot you'd like to visit. View from our room was so charming! Bed is comfy, in the bathroom you have everything you need.

One day we had problems with water pressure in the shower and water in the toilet started running and we couldn't stop it... but it was fixed before we came back to our room, so even if you have problem in the room, they solve it professionally fast even on weekends.

The hotel looked beautiful and it was very clean. Can not express how impressed we were with ALL staff. We enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant as well as our breakfasts and our teas, coffees and drinks in the bar. Reception staff were spot on and we were shocked how quickly our bags were dealt with. Every day our room was cleaned, curtains shut at night and we appreciated the little touches made and left for us. EVERY member of staff made us feel special. The location was perfect too. Getting easy access to water buses taxis railway was a true bonus.

Close to train station, has a beautiful view of the gondola channel and surrounding areas, and the balcony is spectacular with great views. Room and lounge were clean, with great Service. Provided private water taxi to the Murano island, which was great!

Room and bathroom are too small for the room price. There is so much RED in the room that doesn’t make it feel relaxing, but feeling unrest. Hallway leading to rooms is too dark

The hotel is very close from the San Marco Garage & train station. It is about 30 minutes away by walk from city centre. Breakfast I am not sure- a bit disappointed that we paid almost 2k euro for 2 nights and in this price they didn't include the breakfast. One of the biggest disappointments. Room is nice, clean and spacious - but careful with mosquitoes. Lots of them!

Reception Staff not so friendly, not really people persons.

This hotel is in an excellent location. A short walk from Piazzale Roma, the transport area, there is bus service, as well as tram, and a frequent scheduled bus to and from Marco Polo Airport. Everything is mere steps away, and there are many good restaurants close by. Our room, while small, was quiet and comfortable. A generous breakfast buffet is available every morning in a very charming dining room.

very convenient location. easy to drop off luggage and head out to explore. close to the water taxi, the bus drop off and the people mover. Staff was great with directions and advice. Breakfast was outstanding. The room was small but that is what we selected. The bathroom was up to date and gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable. This property was a perfect choice for us for one night stay before a cruise. Perfect!
