I have never seen such hospitality anywhere else! The hostess Silvia is very pleasant and polite. It was a pleasure to stay in this place. The house is located in a historical place. You live in a piece of history, view from the window of the church and hospital of the 15th century. The room was cleaned every day, which was nice. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious, and there is everything for every taste, but the most delicious is Italian prosciutto, coffee, and desserts.A lot of cafes, restaurants, and shops around and masterpieces of history! Definitely, I will stay at this place again and recommend it 100%

Little bit loud outside in the night, but in this place, you should sleep not long and try to see and feel the vibe of the city as much as possible ;)

Excellent location in the northern part of Venice, slightly less touristy than around San Marco square. We had a comfortable room and bed, powerful AC, and a nice bathroom. I loved the Venetian dictionary in our room, as well as the beautiful main room at the property. Silvia was a wonderful host and gave us a lots of recommendations for places to visit. My mom had gluten-free bread and pastries for her breakfast.

The only thing missing for me were more greens/ salad for breakfast. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. :)

We had a lovely stay at Casa Colleoni. Our room was surprisingly large, with a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of closet space. Everything was very comfortable. The ac worked great. There is a lovely view of the piazza from the window. Breakfast was provided either by Claudia or Silvia, each morning with a variety of foods, juices and coffee made to order! Silvia greeted us the first day and provided a nice map for us to use. She also marked some areas of interest as well as the locations of the meeting places of the tours we had booked. The accommodations were very clean and beautifully decorated. Attention was given to every detail.

You may want ear plugs if you are a lighter sleeper bc people, especially on the weekends, pass below the property until late in the night. We didn’t use ear plugs and we slept very well each night.

We would highly recommend the Casa Colleoni to anyone considering it! Silvia is the best host and we absolutely loved our stay. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety to suit all (even dietary requirements) and we loved chatting to other guests around the dining table. Our room was spacious and had beautiful views - book the master suite if you can! We hope to be back again one day!

Silvia was a gracious host from before check-in to checkout. She provided directions on how to reach the property. Once we arrived, she recommended some great restaurants to try that locals dine at instead the pricey ones in the tourist areas. She also recommended some places to go and attractions to see. Casa Colleoni is the perfect location for restaurants, shops,and the ferry. It is close to a laundromat if you need to do laundry. Claudia prepared a balanced breakfast that was delicious and plentiful. Silvia was kind enough to let us store our luggage after checkout while we walked around waiting for our train ride back to Rome. Silvia and Claudia made us feel at home. It felt like we were staying with relatives whom we were visiting from out of town. If you plan to visit Venice, look no further than Casa Colleoni. It would be a mistake to stay anywhere else.

I have no complaints with Casa Colleoni. I have nothing but praise for Silvia and Claudia. Staying at Casa Colleoni was one of the best parts about our trip to Italy.

The room was super comfortable and perfectly clean. The breakfast was served by a super nice lady as if it was a warm family breakfast - in a beautiful living room - and everything was fresh and delicious. But the real treasure of this hotel is Silvia, who is extremely attentive and hospitable. She gave directions on how to get to the hotel, met us personally, drew on the map the best route around Venice and recommended the best cafes. She is just amazing.

We loved Silvia and Claude! The communication was EXCELLENT, and so was the hospitality! Silvia went above and beyond giving us all kinds of recommendations and even surprised my hubby with a cake for his 50th birthday which made the trip 10 times more special! We so enjoyed breakfast with the other guests in the morning. Silvia’s recommendations and personal input MADE our short 2 day stay! The restaurants she recommended were truly the BEST OF THE BEST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here for anyone coming to Venice! The location was perfect for easily getting around!

Very charming property on the corner of the canal , right next to a bridge and looks out to a beautiful church. I had 2 rooms- 1 for me and the other for my kids. Both rooms were very charming, bathroom was modern . The hosts provide breakfast and will provide all the information you need to have a great time in Venice.

Nothing- make sure you can handle all the steps if you have a lot of luggage

It is nice that we have a early breakfast (the ordinary breakfast time is 8-10am but they prepare for us at 7.15), people there are friendly. Very lively neighborhood, some may find its a bit noisy but we are fine with it. When you go back late, it's safe. One note for people with lots of luggages like us: the location is nice and relatively easy to find, but hard for moving with luggages. Travel lightly is wise.

Don't understand why there's a footprint on my suitcase, don't know if someone get in our room or what?

We stayed for four nights and the stay was simply remarkable!! The space and the location were perfect. And the breakfasts were wondeful. But the best part of the entire stay was Silvia!!! She was just so warm, friendly, and amazingly helpful. It was like being with an old friend. We loved staying here and can't wait to figure out a way to come back!
