Literally everything ! Great building with great rooms and the service was excellent…

I still loved the wellness and spa but I would have liked it to be a bit bigger with more options.

This boutique hotel is located in a very good location, relatively close to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square, yet the area is quiet and unobtrusive. The hotel service deserves the highest rating - it is friendly, nice and extremely clean. We got a very large room (two floors) which I didn't expect at all. Room equipment at the highest level. I didn't really have to carry half of my cosmetics, because there was everything from intimate hygiene gel to pillow mist. Breakfast very good. The only thing I could complain about is the unpleasant smell from the bathroom and/or the canal. But, well,I don't know if this can be avoided in Venice.

The best way to reach this hotel is by water taxi directly from the train station or airport to the hotel. We made a mistake taking the ferry and walking to the hotel which is not fun with luggage and navigating stairs. The hotel was very quaint in a location that was not crazy busy on a beautiful square, but a little hard to find by foot. The breakfast in the restaurant and bar was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice, but lacked drinks and snacks in fridge. The view is absolutely amazing with views of the canals.

We discussed that this hotel may have the best hotel breakfast ever. Decor and location are super. It is beautiful.

The hotel provides two small cans of water on check-in. When we asked for more water on day 2, the lady said we would have to order it from the bar. For a 5 star hotel, it was a pity to do this to customers. Every night on the way home, we had to go to a grocery store to buy water. We felt this on policy cheapened the experience unnecessarily. It would be easy to change this policy.

A lovely hotel, it exceeded our expectations. This beautiful old building retains many of its original features combined perfectly with contemporary interiors. Every detail is well thought through, and there were plenty of little luxuries such as quality branded toiletries, pillow mist by the (very comfortable) bed and a Dyson hair dryer. The room and ensuite were immaculately clean. The staff were charming and helpful and full of advice and recommendations to help make the most out of our stay. Tucked away in the corner of a square, the hotel is in a quiet location but only a few minutes’ walk from the main areas. Very highly recommended.

The photos do not adequately represent this hidden GEM! I was so impressed with the grounds and the service. To categorize it as a 5 star hotel would be an understatement. Luca and Alyaina’s knowledge of the island and their execution for service and accommodation superseded all my expectations. The Peacock Bar served breakfast and dinner. Both were phenomenal. Picky and Nicky were also resourceful and helpful.

Their photos do not properly represent the grounds. The grounds are so much more luxurious than the photos depict.

Fabulous breakfast which meant we didn't really need lunch. Perfect central location and easy to walk to all the main tourist spots and to explore the back streets too. Beautiful marble interior and the staff were so friendly.

It didn't really matter as we didn't spend a lot of time in the room but the decor in the room could have been more fancy so it would have compared to the communal areas. There were no prices in the fridge for the items in there and there wasn't a water fountain inside to refill our water bottles.

Magnificent hotel, quality renovation, contemporary design in an old building, very good match. With private access pontoon. Well equipped room, very clean and very comfortable beds. But the big positive point of this hotel is its staff, friendly reception people or breakfasts that offer you a big smile to start your day, everyone is kind, ready to help and advise you it is a happiness to spend time in this hotel and with these people. We recommend this establishment.

The great hospitality and extraordinary help from the staff. The hotel is very clean with fabulous amenities such as the spa. Breakfast was just tasty and with good varieties. The location of the hotel was just near to San Marco. There is a Japanese staff at the reception who was very welcoming, smiling all the time and offering us her assistance in any case. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who is on vacation in Venice.

Beautiful building, amazing rooms. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in hotel. Having private access to the spa every morning was a bonus. The staff were excellent and we really enjoyed having a night cap cocktail in the lovely bar.

Nothing the hotel is perfect. I can’t find fault in anything. Staff, rooms, food and drink all 10/10
