Great location, seems tucked away down a little alley but only a 5 - 15 minute lovely stroll to all the main attractions. Right on the water of the grand canal. Lots of lovely places for drinks and food around too. Accademia bridge a stones throw away. Room was clean and very comfortable and a good size for Venice! Modernised hotel and rooms, powerful shower - and a great hairdryer ladies (and gents!). The lady that looked after us on check in and check out was lovely and full of information for us! For those wondering how to get to this hotel, take Alilaguna water transport from the airport for €27 euro for 30 days return ticket (can be purchased in the arrivals hall at an Alilaguna ticket machine by the baggage belts). Follow the signs for water transport and take the orange line with Alilaguna and get off at Sant Angelo stop. It’s a 5 minute walk from there. Google maps very useful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great as it's close to the vaporetto station and various restaurants and plazas. I liked the fact that they have housekeepers who clean the room daily, and they also provide an iron for guests to use. However, it's worth mentioning that they don't offer laundry services, and breakfast is not included. Nonetheless, the room was clean and comfortable, making it a decent option for accommodation.

A couple of tips for fellow travelers: First, please DO NOT rely on Google Maps to find the hotel at San Marco 2893. Instead, head to Calle Giustinian or simply type "Foresteria Levi" for accurate directions. Secondly, avoid walking with heavy luggage from Santa Lucia station to the hotel; it's quite a distance. Instead, opt for the vaporetto, even if it's late at night. Lastly, remember to bring mosquito repellent with you as mosquitoes are abundant in Venice. These tips will help ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience during your stay.

The hotel has a fantastic location. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and the shower, although small, has a rainfall showerhead and a handheld with excellent water pressure. The room comfortably accommodates two guests.

The hotel breakfast and coffee were disappointing. I recommended exploring outside options. Also, we misplaced our room key in the room and couldn't find it. The front desk person rolled their eyes during check-out, which was disappointing but not a deal-breaker.

The hotel was lovely and clean. We were wowed by the docking area just on the courtyard - amazing!

Cozy room, clean and in good location. 10-15minutes by feet to the main atractions in Venize. Also it's good that you can leave your luggage if you have to check out earlier than departure.

Foresteria Levi was a lovely location, fairly central to site, spacious enough for 4 of us and reasonably priced. The hosts at the little hotel were very friendly, and helpful, and housekeeping was very friendly. Breakfast was optional, and we enjoyed a sizeable buffet that included both savory and sweet options. The air conditioning worked well here also. Would stay here again..

The beds were a little firm for my liking, but overall, good. You can hear people in the courtyard, and above, but nothing concerning, and all quiet by bedtime, so it wasn't a problem at all.

Location is great. 10 minutes walk to San Marco. We didn't take breakfast so we don't know about it, but it was nice to have tea in the room. The quality of the room overall is very good. It is very quiet outside because the street is very small without people. It was nice to have a good table in the room for work too. The A/C was also good and nicely located so it doesn't disturb with the flow. The room was clean too.

The sound isolation inside is not super good, we could see the sounds from the room above. But overall everything is OK.

Great location near the Academia water shuttle stop, literally 2 minute walk over a bridge. The water shuttle is a 25 minute boat ride to the main Train station in Venice, and the hotel is within a 15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The San Marco section of Venice is most ideal for visitors in our opinion (and we have been to Venice 5 times now) as it offers the closest proximity to the shops and restaurants, and also not too far from our other favorite attraction, the Rialto bridge. This hotel was clean with really friendly and helpful staff, who gave us maps, directions and other guidance as we needed. The room has a mini fridge, just enough to tuck some cold drinks. Room also had a small coffee service area, where you can use their hot water kettle to make tea or coffee with the supplies they provide (no milk though for coffee). It is nice and quiet at night too. So the hotel is far enough to be quiet and serene after a long day of walking, yet close enough to the action. I would definitely stay here again.

I wish they would include breakfast with the cost of the room, like many other hotels do. The cost was something like 10 or 12 Euros- you can easily walk a few minutes towards Piazza San Marco and find Espresso and a Croissant (sometimes called a Brioche) combo for 3 or 4 Euros.

Fairly basic hotel in a great location - 4 minute walk from the riverbus and 15 minute walk to the Piazza St Marco. We were really only in the room to sleep so suited us fine. Aircon and shower were great. Comfy beds with a cool mezzanine setup for our triple room. Nice view of a typical Venitian courtyard.

The picture of the canalside Palace building is misleading. This is a small basic hotel that occupies the back of this building. There are no proper public areas - just a small reception and breakfast room, and then the bedrooms. You almost miss the entrance down a side street, and the building is shared with offices and businesses.
