Hotel Liassidi Palace

The hotel is amazing and definitely is very luxurious without breaking the bank. As the hotel name implies it really does feel like you’re in a palace and the second floor even has a palace like foyer to chill and relax in like royalty. The room is massive and even comes with a bathtub with jets for a nice relaxing soak after a long day walking in Venice. Overall this place has the best value I’ve experienced in my multiple trips to Venice!

Nothing but if firm beds are something you don’t fancy then this might be a problem for you. I’m personally okay with hard beds but I know some Americans at least might be a little uncomfortable.

My room was spectacular with ~9 m ceiling, wonderful canal view and very clean. The decoration was good, the bathroom was also good and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space. The location was unexpectedly well placed with a short walk to the vaporetto and also to the shops.

The large bath would be better replaced by a bath and separate walk-in shower. Breakfast was a little disappointing as there was little fresh fruit and little choice of juices. One evening the person in charge of the hotel at the front desk had almost no English which was frustrating.

it was a beautiful property in a wonderful location. Staff was warm, helpful, courteous, and professional.

it was hard for us to open and close the bathroom (wooden sliding door) in our room. other than that, it was lovely.

The location was excellent, walk 2 steps and we were in the main square. The staff was so nice and helpful. On our last day, they asked if we would like to leave our bags at the hotel and come back later which made such a big difference because we were able to explore a bit more of Venice without the hassle of our bags. The room is very big and very clean, everything you would want really.

The bed was hard floor like and the pillows were not much better, this gave us back and neck pain. Also I had some medication that needed to stay in the fridge but the fridge, although on, was not cold. Also milk for the room would be nice.

Excellent location in front of the narrow canal with the gondola, beautiful side view from the fourth floor on the church "campanile" and the laguna. Over the canal an exceptional restaurant with others nearby. Very friendly staff, complimentary drinks (Amaretto, Jack Daniels, ...)

Pleasant and quiet neighbourhood, Venician style facade with the ornaments in Venetian arches, easy access to the main canal, Sainn't Marks square. Exceprional location and price/performance. 4* hotel suite on the fourth floor was a maximum the hotel staff can give. Unfortunately we hurried and we didn't enjoy all the amenities and the property luxury, the view etc., but the hour we had we really enjoyed the sunset on the laguna, and the below bypassing Gondolaa as the hotel stands on the canal side facing the Greek Ponte. Alse we enjoyed the two hours dinner with the view on the hotel facade over the canal. A real Venetian romance. Enjoy your staying if you cane. It is a unique experience. Wish I had more time for Venice.

Great location. Beautiful suite just as the pictures showed. Great bed, so comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful. Able to have bags held before check in and after check out. Excellent stay.
