I loved the room! The king suite is amazing. The view of the canal is gorgeous. The suite is beyond spacious and very well designed. The bed is large and extremely comfortable. The large shower/Turkish bath was awesome, and the in-room sauna was the best part! Breakfast delivered to the room was very delicious. Lastly, Marco was very attentive and helpful with whatever we needed and requested. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing spa vacation in Venice! Definitely splurge on the king suite. It is worth it!

The jets of our spa tub excreted debris whenever turned on so we couldn’t really enjoy that feature of the room, but Marco was very attentive in trying to fix the situation. Enjoyed simply soaking in the tub without jets. Outside of this everything was perfect!!

Great location! Nice size room and Turkish bath was a plus. Balcony was small but the nice view overlooking one of the small canals makes it worth it. Soundproof room was a plus and worth it due to the foot traffic on the nearby bridge. Good breakfast, excellent communication from staff, great housekeeping. Would definitely recommend.

Not sure it truly meets the criteria of a 4 star hotel, but was happy nevertheless.

The room was a great size, just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet, but still close enough to get to the main attractions quickly. Marco and Amin were amazing and attentive. The breakfast was fantastic with eggs, meats, fruits, cappuccino, juice, and pastries. The shower was great and the steam feature was a nice bonus. There was surprisingly a lot of storage space and lots of seating as well.

Only one thing I'd note is that in the room above the terrace, the sound carries from the hallway, kitchen, and the terrace into the room, so the mornings can be a bit noisy for any light sleepers who like to sleep in late in that particular room.

.The room is nicely designed, it is very comfortable and super clean, there's a special atmosphere in the room and in the area (close to everything), the private garden is nice to smoke a cigarette. Breakfast served in the room was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to have it twice (because we were in a hurry, we couldn't wait and the breakfast was late :()

.We didn't have a "view" from the room. In fact, it was really dark (because of the tiny street below) and it was really noisy during the evening (there is a restaurant in the street just below our window). You also hear the neighbors and the breakfast preparation in the morning. The Turkish bath is actually located in the shower, we thought there was a special space for it.

The staff was amazing and helped us in any need, the room was really big and the bath was amazing, the breakfast to the room was really good.

We pay a lot of money, they didn’t have a elevator and there is no lobby or any public area inside the hotel, it’s more like a apartment with breakfast and cleaning service.

Marco was fantastic, the customer service was top tier. We were only there for a night but we were taken care of with 11 out of 10 care. I cannot recommend this place enough. He even gave us complimentary cold waters upon arrival. They have proper AC that keeps you cool. The room is spacious and comfortable and WOW the showers are incredible! The place is a hidden gem. I'll book here every time.

The location of the front door is a bit hard to find and we got lost but it's a minor hiccup. DEFINITELY opt for the water taxi instead of trying to get there yourself; the streets of Venice are miserable to carry luggage through and the water taxi will take you almost directly to the door of the hotel. It's worth the money, trust me, I learned the hard way.

Location was fantastic, St Mark's Square was within c10 min walk and other main points of interest within c15/20 min walk. The staff were very friendly and super helpful - any questions were answered quickly and they were always on hand if needed.
