Perfect location, apartment was huge and we got free upgrade to room with balcony which was awesome.

Security deposit... They want you to send pictures of your credit/debit card. That was extremely frustrating and it is actually illegal. Should change this method to take security deposit.

We loved the location, nestled among the more residential area. Plus, just a few blocks away from the Arsenal area that has a street lined with restaurants. It’s like finding Little Italy in Italy.

Construction on the apartment below. The owners have a second apartment below the one we stayed in and workers were doing very loud construction at the apartment from 8:30am to after 7pm on the days we stayed. Drilling, grinding, hammering all day. It was not a relaxing experience. My recommendation is to wait a bit before staying at this apartment until the construction below is finished, especially if you have small children who nap, or if even you like to nap yourself!

Cute boutique hotel feel. Very clean and quiet. Plenty of room for our family of four. A little way off from the center of town but we liked that aspect. Market was a stone's throw away. Friendly front desk staff. Baggage lift was a pleasant surprise. About 8-minute walk from Ospedale vaporetto station. 10-minute walk to San Macros' square.

No negatives of the hotel but some things to note: the room safe is only big enough to fit passports and jewelry, not iPad or laptops. Also, front desk arranged for us a private taxi to Marco Polo airport. We were quoted 120 euros but the driver wanted us to pay 150 due to baggage (4 carry-ons). To settle the matter I offered 20 USD. The front desk lady gave us his number the night before just in case there were issues since our pick-up time was before the desk opened. We should have confirmed the price with the taxi driver via texting prior to pick up.

The apartment was extremely clean and big. Basically it is a big house in an extremely nice location very next to the center of Venice and very easy to find! The staff was polite and always ready to help.

We were requested to give a deposit of 200 Euros, which made us very suspicious in the beginning. We had to call booking to ensure that this is not a scum. We paid via Revolut the deposit and the amount was returned to us only 1 month later.. We were requested to remove the litter ourselves on a specific location at 8 am, which sounded very weird to us. Finally the staff informed us that it was not obligatory to do so.. therefore, we havent.

Everything about the room was exactly like it was listed here. The location is great, overlooking a busy square. There are a bunch of restaurants around, and it is easy to reach pretty much anything on foot. The room looks recently renovated and the bathroom is also new and super clean.

Not that we didn’t like it but just a heads up if you have mobility issues - the apartments not located directly at Corte Nova have a flight of stairs you would need to climb. The WiFi was also spotty and the modem kept turning off, but I think that’s a Venice issue more than anything.

The location was apart from the crowds overlooking the canal. It was clean, spacious, and it felt like Venice. The kitchen and bath were well stocked and provided with essentials. There was nearby a small market so we had snacks/meals at the place. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive with a last minute request for water taxi to the train in the pouring rain. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean apartment, 3 bad rooms, in not busy area of the city. The lady on the reception was very nice. 40 minutes walk from the railway station.

Instructions how to deliver your trash at certain place (it is self service) in a day in which there is not trash delivery service .So we have taken our trash with us 😀. The shower gel was in a small difficult to open.

This was a last minute booking just for one night because our flight was cancelled with just a few hours notice. The response from staff Corte Nova was excellent throughout the booking and staff were very friendly when we arrived at the apartment. Highly recommended.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. All excellent.

Very spacious apartment with very high ceilings and balcony over a canal. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Large comfortable sofa. Well equipped kitchen. Close to supermarket, vaporetto spots and many restaurants. Lovely helpful staff.

Kitchen chairs need noise reduction caps on legs. Canal can get a little busy at times.

Wonderful staff, the location was absolutely perfect, close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go yet very quiet and unaffected by heavy traffic. Lovely courtyard/garden, great kitchen.

We left our windows open during the evening and let in numerous mosquitos. Use the AC but keep the windows closed in the evening.
