The personnel were very friendly and nice. There was nothing that couldn't be asked for. The Breakfast is really very good and fresh; hot scrambled eggs, bacon, tomatoes. fresh fruit mix, yoghurts, breads, cheeses, fruit drinks and very good coffees and cakes. The beds were very good and comfortable. Several good swimming beaches were in front left & right of the hotel. Also nice local pool on the seafront for a small fee (9 eur between 13-15 per person). It has a nice restaurant and is close to lots of restaurants and nearby Pollanza which was very nice for restaurants. It had been renovated at some point and was nicely done. Good showers.

The local church bells were nice but going every hour starting at 7 maybe too much. There was no swimming pool (but of course beaches)

It is a nice well maintained 3* star property that offers nice spacious rooms. It is very close to the water and rooms got all the facilities needed. Their breakfast has a variety and is rich. Next door restaurant is a plus.

Not all the rooms have views, some of the toilets needs an update and showers in them needs to be bigger. The water flow is not the best in some of the rooms.

Great location, good value in the shoulder season. Bed was on the softer side, which I very much appreciate. Lovely terrace on 2nd floor to enjoy lake views. Breakfast was plentiful in a room with a pretty garden nearby.

One staff, in charge of putting out the food at breakfast, was walking around coughing everywhere, including on her hands, and then touching all the plates of food, utensils, etc. I got out of the breakfast area as fast as I could after that!

Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location. Very clean throughout all areas of hotel. Good quality and range of fresh items for buffet breakfast. Simply furnished but very clean room with excellent bathroom with walk in shower . Lovely location facing the lake with a quiet road in between. Breakfast and other meals and drinks were eaten at tables outside enjoying views across the lake. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Nicely located hotel right on the lake with beautiful terrace, lots of restaurants, bars, and beaches around. 15 minutes walk to the ferry boat. Lovely place to stay and neighbourhood. Great breakfast, friendly staff, only minus the shower is narrow.

As everywhere in this region parking might be difficult to obtain and has its price. The hotel has its own facilities

Waterfront property with lovely staff. Everything was super clean and there were even gluten-free and vegan options for breakfast

Typical Italian beds (only 6‘3“ long) are a little too short if you’re a tall person like us

For the money, this was a fantastic option. We stayed at another hotel in the area for 100€ and it wasn’t NEARLY as nice. Perfect location on the water, super cute hotel, clean, spacious room and comfortable.

Staff were pretty friendly and helpful but we had warmer hosts throughout the trip. The breakfast wasn’t the best but was pretty good. All in all for the price it was very good.

Excellent room facilities, including a good fridge and plentiful storage space.. And we were especially lucky to have a sizeable terrace overlooking the lake. Superb location on treelined lakeside promenade with views across to Stresa.

We wished we could have stayed longer!!!
