Loved Verona and all its beautiful sites! Host was very accommodating and responsive before and during our stay. Location was ideal as it was just a 5-8 minute walk to the historic center - which is a fabulous blend of old world and new world charm. Abundance of restaurants and stunning architectural views. Recommend a visit to Lake Garda - Sirmione was breathtaking and just an hour away. Parking was also easy to find - no need for private parking. Apartment did not have an iron which should be standard. It was accessible on request but my preference is to have one in the apartment - much more convenient. I shared this feedback with the host.

excellent location - 10mis to the center/7 to the station big appartment with two good size rooms (ok even for 4 persons) balcony appartment with good potential but...

...we were dissapointed - the appartment is vetuste and smells badly, cleaning is done only superficially so all things are sticky and dirty. All the appartment in desperate need of refurbishing, pieces falling appart from doors and furniture, doors not closing well, no double glazing so noise from outside and inneficient cooling despite new airconditioning. The peson who came with the keys was not speking neither italian nor english so difficult to communicate with despite his effort and good willing i don't undestand how come they had such a good review score not corresponding to the reality, photos are also tricky except the location I cannot recommend this appartment, in the same price range you can find much much better in Verona

I needed a 2 bedroom apart with parking and I got a 1 bedroom apart with no parking. The parking is so small you can enter your car inside it but then need to crawl out through to the trunk to get out. The apartment has one bedroom and a living room converted to a bedroom so there is only the kitchen as a common area even though it is published there is a dining area in the apartment and the kitchen is so narrow you can only sit 2 persons at the table. The wc seat was broken, the blinds in bedroom also broken and curtain only cover half the window so you are awakened at first light of sun. This is not confortable at all for a family of 4 persons. The agency who manages this flat does not even answer emails or messages, really dissapointing.
