Great location, clean and comfortable room that was perfect for my needs such as taking day trips from the train station and enjoying the walk into the historic city area. I didn’t expect a TV or Air Conditioning so that was useful for the hot days. I was also thankful for a refrigerator to keep some food in. Thankfully there were no issues with the timing of the shared bathroom. Andrea was really helpful on check-in and gave a lot of good information and recommendations for getting around the area.

Nothing regarding the property. The bathroom was cleaned daily but other guests don’t always think nor others using it as well. Other guests were loud until midnight but again, nothing to do with the property itself. I’d stay here again!

The building is very modern and beautiful located close enough to the train station and close enough to the centre, both within walking distance. The apartment is very large, modern, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Large screen TV in the room. The owner is responsive, flexible and cooperative.

Check-in is all technological, with codes and links. I am not a very technical person so had a bit of trouble getting in. Air-conditioning would work nicely on these very hot days, better than the ceiling fan.

The room is very large and also has an amazing balcony where you can catch the sun the whole day. I liked the online check in, you can easily enter at any time. The location of the house is great, next to the train station but also close to the city centre.

The bed is not the most comfy thing, but this is normal in Italy. Towel was provided but it smelled horrible so I used my own. The facility could be updated, the furniture is little bit outdated.

Great that the host allowed us to leave our bags pre- check in; this meant that we were able to make so much more of our one day in Verona. Clean, comfy room with access to a roof terrace which we sat on and enjoyed some wine when we returned in the evening.

Weird not having a sink to wash our plates in the little room which has been made into a kitchen.

Staff communication was great. We easily arranged to leave our bags before check in. Comfortable basic room. Within walking distance to Arena. Little room with chairs to relax and drink coffee.

With sharing 1 bathroom between rooms, sometimes there was no hot water left when you showered. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The accommodation is conveniently located only 10 min walk from Arena and about 5 minutes from the Porta Nuova bus station. The flat itself is very safe and the check-in is really fast. If you travel by car the private underground parking garage is just across the road and very safe too. As for the amenities, most important in the summer is AC in the room and it works perfectly, the beds are comfortable and the room is clean. There's a fridge available in the shared living room which is handy.

It would be great to have a little working kitchen with running water in the shared living room and sometimes in the morning there's a bit of a crowd for the bathroom but it's nothing really to seriously complain about.

Host Francesca was very friendly and accommodating. She allowed me to check-in earlier and was quick in communication. She also recommended a couple of restaurants and they didn't disappoint.

Not really the host fault but be aware that if there are other travelers who are staying in the other rooms in the apartment, it's possible that they arrive/come back at a very late hour and the door opening and closing bangs will wake you up since this room (with solo bathroom) is right next to the main door.

The owner tried to accomodate my demands for early check-in, his aid was timely and efficient. The apartment is spacious, is close both to the center and the railway station, and it's a wonderful chance to meet new people but without the discomfort of a hostel

The location is pretty good, near the railways and the center of the city. I came earlier then expected and took the keys of the room, not knowing that the cleaning stuff would need them for cleaning my room. But the host managed to put an extra effort to resolve the situation and get my room clean and ready, which was very nice.

Modern facilities, nice, modern building, clean, comfortable bed, good, big TV with wide choice of programs, good location although not in the heart of the city, some walking necessary. The owner of the apt does not live there but is responsive and prompt to requests by whatsapp.

Window cannot be left open as it overlooks some large common terrace. Ceiling fan only works if light is on.
