Breakfast was fabulous. Location was right in the historical district with easy walking to all museums, points of interests, the market, and fairly close to the train station the view from the 'view rooms with balcony was breathtaking

As you will find in older buildings, you heard all the noise from neighboring rooms and the restaurants in the piazza. It was so noisy that it was hard to sleep. The hotel is not well marked and hard to find. Make sure you take the address. The sign is set back from the street under an arch. There is an old fashioned elevator to get to the hotel which is on an upper floor. You are staying in a very busy tourist area so guard your belongings.

Great location, close to the old town, but at the same time in quiet place, the staff were friendly, the rooms were large and spacious, had everything you need for a short stay

The rooms were quiet oldish. I booked the hotel based on the fact that it was a 4* hotel and expected it to be on that level. When we arrived, the rooms were not as displayed on the main photos. When I asked why the room quality doesn't match the picture, I was told that those were the premium rooms. It would be great if they have it mentioned somewhere that if a guest wants a full newly refurbished 4* hotel experience, then they should book premium rooms, as the standard rooms are of lower quality. As in my understanding if a the entire hotel is ranked at 4*, then all the facilities should be at that level and everything that is premium, supreme is an extra upgrade on top of that.

The hotel is located in an excellent location, 7-8 minutes walking distance from the main square and the Arena. The surroundings of the hotel are peaceful, fantastic for rest and peaceful sleep. The room is in an antique style, but impeccably clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are comfortable for sleeping, the garage is very close to the hotel. Breakfast was good, nothing excessive when it comes to choice, but everything standard was present on the buffet table, and everything was delicious.

The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom, not even the whole one since it's spacious and really very clean, but the shower/tub is critical. First of all, when the door is closed, there is very little space left, so a much larger person cannot even turn around in it, and the door did not even work properly, it was ready to fall apart.

The bed!!! Most comfortable bed, with very nice sheets and comfortable mattress and pillows! different types of pillows depending on what you like, hard or soft. Big room too, stayed in one of their premium rooms, had also coffee and tea facilities in the room, and as well as a nice bathroom. Everything was great here and I would return here when coming to Verona again. The hotel is also in a good location, 10minutes from the train station, and also 10minutes from the city center. Also has a small terrace outside of the hotel where you can have something to drink. Good continental breakfast too.

Although the room is very nice, modern, and the bed is very comfortable, I still think it’s a bit on the expensive side, for a room in Verona.

Lovely large clean room and bathroom. Good location, comfortable and quiet. There was a kettle in the room and a nice bar in the lobby. Breakfast was good, I only wished they included hard boiled eggs.They had eggs and a small crook pot filled with boiling water. However, by the time it took the egg to become hard boiled we had long over. They also had two lifts!!!

The bed wasn't very comfortable, but I find that most beds throughout Europe are uncomfortable.Very few electrical outlets, none near the bed. The room was a bit old school, but it was fine.

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel although it was for 1 night only. Room was large and airy with great bathroom also. Lots if useful hi-tech additions such as touch screen controls for room and lots of USB ports to charge devices. WIFI signal was good - strong and consistent signal available. Big TV in the room also. The decor was very modern and tastefully done. Location was excellent - just a few minutes by taxi from the train station and 10 min walk to the Verona Arena with all the cafes, restaurants etc in the vicinity. All in all great value for money - highly recommended!!

It is close to the centre but away from the hustle and bustle. Very handy too for the station if you need the train or the airport bus. The staff were lovely and very natural in their manner. Good breakfast and very clean room. Comfortable bed.

The room wasn’t particularly modern but actually it was refreshing not to stay in a refurbished chain with bland walls and minimal decor. The room was exceptionally clean as well. Interesting but effective shower!

Room and bathroom as well as helpfulness of staff not to forget the location ideal for Fiera Verona Exhibit. Room was nice and large.

Breakfast could have had a bit more choices for the cakes, just 2 are not enough. Coffee machine average. Hotels of this standard provide cofee from a bar machine and served by staff. Also fresh oranges juice is always better than the bottled types. On the bath shower assembly I would like to point out that you have to lift your legs to a considerable height which increases risks of falls. I would suggest you put some extra bar to old on to

Both the Verona Porta Nuova train station and the historical city center are within the walking distance. Also, there is a bus stop near the hotel’s front entrance. The private studio we booked was quite spacious. The hotel has a bar with the prices more reasonable than in most of the bars located in a city center. WiFi speed was good.

Room decoration and arrangement choices were a bit weird - a cupboard and a wardrobe were placed in the middle of the room which made the room appear smaller. The walls were painted bright violet and bright green, which is a puzzling combination.

* Room: It feels as though they built and furnished the rooms with the intent to live in. Furnishings and fixtures are exceptionally well-chosen - ranging from the tube-like shower booth and standing towel hanger to warm deco and firm mattress. It is clear that much care and thought went into the overall design. * Location: It is minutes away from the Verona Porta Nouva train station and within easy walking distance to the old town. * Value: Veronese hotel rates can drastically go up and down; pick the right dates, and the price can be highly attractive.

* Almost everything was great except one incident while checking out. The front desk of two people were over the capacity to handle several concurrent parties. When it was our turn, a French lady jumped the queue and started to talk to the front desk staff in French. The staff did not control the traffic and just focused on answering back in French, while a large group of other French guests gradually grouped around that lady and blocked our view. After waiting for more than 15 min, we ended up moving to the other queue in frustration.
