This was the best hotel of our Italy trip so far. It's an appartement handled by a hotel so all the benefits all around. We checked in on the hotel which is on the building by the side of the apartment. Apartment was comfortable and has plenty of space. Breakfast was at the hotel which is in a big room and has plenty of options really really nice for an apartment stay. Really wish we had stayed more, it's close enough to center you can walk to Giulietta's house and the arena. Walking with hand luggage from the train station is also a short walk.

No washing machine which is the only thing that would make this place even better.

Location was a perfect base for Lago Di Garda. Apartment came with all necessary kitchen appliances and came with soap and conditioner for the bathroom. The beds were sufficient and the master room was very comfortable. The host was extremely receptive and super helpful with anything in the area. Would highly recommend staying if your coming to the area.

The bunk beds were a little bit unstable, but were comfortable enough to sleep so that wasn't a big issue. The bathroom door was opaque glass which was a little bit weird but all said, I'd stay again regardless.

Within walking distance to the Old Town. Room is reasonably large.

We were told to pay 10 euros per day to use the cutlery and cooking utensils in kitchen. The reason was the 10 euros we paid was for the cleaning fee. There were 4 of us. We booked a quad room.We had one double bed. one couch bed and an extra bed. The extra bed was rather small for an adult. Perhaps it would have made more sense to book 2 rooms for 4 people.

We liked that the place offered breakfast, adjacent parking and walking distance to the Arena. The upfront communication was good and helpful, there weren’t any problems with arrival, check-in, check-out. The apartment was modern and clean.

The separation of the two rooms of the 4 bed apartment is just formed by shelves / wardrobes and is not creating two separated rooms. The two single beds are a sofa and a folding bed, quiet comfortable ones, but no real beds. For us it wasn’t a problem, but it wasn’t ideal either.

We were e group of friends. We really liked the location, is near the bus and train station, and about 10 minutes to the main piazza-s of Verona. The neighborhood looked very safe and it was quite. There was plenty of pillows and blankets (we were in may and weather wasn't at it's best). Everything was clean, I especially loved the smell of fresh clean towels. The apartment had a small balcony but really cozy.

The check-in was very late, at 15:00 (3 pm), although we left the baggage in the storage room. In

Good location at the walking distance from the train station and the old city, spacious and comfortable apartment for 4 people, functioning kitchen, big bathroom, a few good food joints next to the apartment buildings.

A small challenge with the late checkout of our predecessors arose while we signall a need for an early check in well in advance. It was solved by the reception.

The location was very convenient for us! The price was very nice too! And the staff was super nice and very helpful!

Everything was good! Only thing that bothered a bit was a noise from the people outside, but it’s definitely not the fault of the hotel/apartment as it is located on one of the main transport streets in town. However if you close the windows it gets really quite.

Like the feel good unit with all cool colours and the size of it! Much better than the hotel room beside. Would stay again if I come back!

Please leave a kitchen cloth and towel so guest can clean dishes and wipe down kitchen benches. Also make sure that the shower gel is not diluted with water.

Location was excellent for us to attend the opera for the evening. The access to the apartment was easy. It was a large unit. We appreciated having parking available to us. We also liked this unit was attached to a hotel.

We would have had to pay for use of the kitchen. We didn’t use it since we were there just one night but this should just be included. Breakfast was ok.

The apartement is close to the historical part of the city. We had a nice view from our balcony to the wide street with trees. There is a lift in the building. We could go for breakfast to the hotel that is next to the building with apartments.

Kitchen is very small and there is no basic stuff like salt, pepper, etc.
