I loved that it felt like I was at home! I loved that the property staff was all really friendly and took care of every single one of my needs. Shout out to the hotel manager, she was so kind and held conversation with me in a polite and homey manner! I would 100% stay here all the time if I could.

Location was convenient to the airport and a large grocery/department store. Room was well laid out, nicely decorated, and bathroom seemed newly renovated. I did not expect luxury from this chain at the price I paid, and the accomodations are pretty bare-bones, but it was everything that I needed. Breakfast was included with my room, and consisted of fresh-brewed coffee and a choice of instant oatmeal, granola bars or muffins. Once again, fine with me. Staff were helpful and polite.

Chena Hot spring shuttle does not stop here. Uber and Lyft is very Unreliable in Fairbanks. had so much trouble in getting around. finally found a taxi company called Pioneer Taxi which was helpul

Didn't get to have breakfast but I liked being near Fred Meyers. I liked the location a lot. It was kind of quiet. I'm also a smoker so I was happy to see the smoking areas right outside.

There was no heat in the room but good thing it wasn't winter. The plug in for the hairdryer was cracked and I hope they didn't think I broke it.

I love the staff, they were very friendly and super helpful. And I love that my dog was welcome.

I was very sad that the pool wasn't available. Or at least some notification that it wasn't open on the website so I wouldn't have planned for it and been disappointed.

The rooms were fairly clean except the kitchen floor and under the bed had a dirty sock..
