front desk staff showed extra effort trying to help and accommodate us. had a shuttle but only to and from airport. has nice laundry facilities. very clean, comfy beds and rooms. had a nice safe bench for smokers in front of hotel. they let us have late check out with no problem.

the hot tub broke the first day we got there and was broke the entire stay. I wish their shuttle took guests other places than just the airport. breakfast was good some of the days but some days it was not so good. I have had way better breakfasts at other Hampton inns all over the US , including the one in Anchorage.

Our room was clean and designed well - plenty of electrical outlets, hooks, etc. The location was fine. Not many close restaurants (except fast food) but easy access to main roads. Super guest laundry facilities!

It was a little noisy. Our room overlooked the expressway.

The pool

I found cereal and a wrist band by my bed and told Colleen and she said oh I will throw this away I said I am going to assume the room wasn't vacuumed She didn't say anything after that. Just blew me off and catered her attention to another guest I'm guessing the hotel isn't friendly to certain guests Only ones they pick and choose.

The hotel was clean and spacious. Our room was quite big yet comfortable. There were hooks to hang coats and winter gear, plenty of mirrors for multiple people to get ready each morning, and ample luggage space. The bathroom was large and the space was well utilized. Multiple electrical outlets throughout the room were also well placed.

There isn't much to say here! Due to a recent winter store, the TV was out. (We don't have TV at home, so like to enjoy it on short trips when we can.) The staff was quite helpful in their attempt to fix it. The coffee provided in the rooms was not very good, but we travel with our own.

Breakfast was good, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruits, juices, omletes, and sausages. I loved the fact that checkout time was 12pm. The kids had enough time to go for a few hour swim in the morning and have breakfast beforw checkout.

Cleaner pool area, it waz a bit too wet everwhere at the pool area with dirt and small garbage.

I never write reviews usually, but wanted to say that the staff member of early hours of March 13 did a stellar job at finding us a way to get to the airport on time and was overall so nice to interact with, relieving our stress. This was in contrast with the poor staff experience that we received during the day. I hope this person will be recognized for their humanity. Thank you again.

Brakfast was not as good as we have had at other Hampton Inns. One day there was no coffee when we arrived and it took about 10 minutes before more coffee was put out. My companion also had trouble getting the toaster to work. But the waffles were good.

I had booked 2 rooms -- one for me and one for my traveling companion. It seems that the staff could have provided adjoining rooms since the reservation was made a few months ago. Not only weren;t the rooms adjoining -- THEY WEREN'T EVEN ON THE SAME FLOOR. Poor staff planning.

Spacious. Received room near elevator - as requested. When we had TV issues, excellent front desk staff came up and quickly cleared the problem.

Property was clean and well maintained. Airport shuttle was prompt, driver was friendly and the van was clean. Good location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

I’m not sure why Hotels in general put the toilet paper holder behind you making it difficult to reach Or nearly impossible.
