I got to stay on the top floor.

Staff at front desk were very rude, and stuck up. Kids who do not have respect for others. They seemed racist. When I was coming in from taking a walk, the man at the desk interrogated me as if I did not pay 80+ dollars for a room. Which I did.

The staff here is excellent! Some of the best customer service I have ever received in Fairbanks and I have been here many times and stayed in most of the hotels. Room is small but super clean and cozy w a nice view of the river and mountains.

I wish the rooms were sound proofed a bit better. You can hear everything. Drunk people stumbling in between 2 and 3 AM was annoying. Just happened one Saturday night after a big Holiday event in town. Not a deal breaker for me. Customer service made up for it.

It was small but efficient. The rooms were clean and well supplied with the essentials. The lobby was a great place to visit or play cards; the seating was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My passport fell on the floor as we headed for the airport. The shuttle driver found it and when I realized I didn’t have it, we called the hotel. The driver made a special trip to the airport and delivered my passport.

It isn’t that I didn’t like it, but I was a bit disappointed the breakfast room was no longer available. However, coffee was available in the lobby every morning.

I was travelling for business and needed a facility that included a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. I checked the yelp reviews and The Bridgewater Hotel and they were all good. The staff was all very nice and helpful. From when I landed and called for shuttle service the staff was very kind and informative. Once the driver arrived he was very nice and gave information about good places to get meals near where I was staying. I would highly recommend staying at The Bridgewater.

Close to attractions.Shuttle was great and friendly drivers.

Some staff need lessons in how to make vistors feel welcome and comfortable to ask questions. Most staff were great but several desk staff didn’t make me feel welcome.As reception is the first contact ina hotel its critical they welcome people witha smile and are willing to answer any questions.

It would be lovely to have a selection of teas and single serving liquid creamers. the window ac unit wasn’t well insulated and there was a cold draft on my back. the Airport Shuttle runs once every hour, on the hour and is shared with another hotel; that’s not the most convenient schedule, but it IS free! 😆

This downtown accommodation offered what we needed for our 4 night stay in Fairbanks : a shuttle service to/from train station or airport and tourist attractions beyond walking distance; a guest laundry and a (very basic) breakfast. The room had a microwave and there is a small shop on site. The staff were helpful.

Rooms are not cleaned during your stay, but this is in response to COVID and the situation is the same everywhere.

Great location, very good front desk People and helpful. After checking out I was able to leave my bag at the hotel and wander around town until I needed the shuttle back to the airport. The room was better than I expected for the price. The shuttle to and from the airport was a nice touch also even though I came in after 900pm.

The blinds in the room, even when they were fully closed, still let in a little more light than I needed. Definitely not enough to steer me away from staying there again.

They did not have the continental breakfast that was advertised. Getting in and out was a little tricky; in theory a key card worked but in practice it didn't always -- needed a staff person to needed I needed to come in, but eventually they always did.

Terrific staff. Location to walk the old downtown area. Proximity to cafes / restaurants and the Visitors Centre. Availability of airport transfer and transfer to starting hotel for land tour.

Bed a bit uncomfortable for me. Wife was okay with it.
