The size of the room and the amenities in the room. I was pleasantly surprised! The price will definitely have me coming back when I'm not just there for a doctor's appointment!

The "free" breakfast was only dry cereal, a few heat n serve sausage biscuits and some cold muffins. There was equipment for waffles, toast, etc...but nothing to make them with. All in all, it was ok, but I guess I really wanted waffles and coffee. Warm food on a Very Cold morning.

Clean and well maintained. No Smokers odor.

Bread for toast was missing in the breakfast area. Toaster Missing. They were out of orange Juice.

The location was excellent. You are only 1 mile from the beach. Fast food and grocery store and service station were all in walking distance. The outlet mall across the street. Restaurants were all right there.

It needs dresser drawers to put your clothes in

Friendly staff. The one lady was there everyday and seemed like we became friends by the end of the week.

Think the shower doors were a little difficult. Seemed like more room in the shower than in the bathroom so maybe the door should open in to the shower instead of out towards the toilet.

I like staying there cuz nobody ever borrow that father knows about room service or maintenance or you know you know that we weren't bothered with anything everything was it was pretty quiet maybe a nice quiet day comfortable out of all the places we stayed in last 2 months that was the best one

The side entrance door for getting back inside the hallway I was staying on didn't work with my key for entry or anyone's key for that matter it needed to be fixed and I was there for a week and it never got fixed no big deal for the most part!!

Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Was a little disappointed with the breakfast as we thought there would be more hot food. Our room was comfortable except for the people upstairs where a child running across the floor until 11:00 PM every night.

We enjoyed the location. There were plenty of shops near us and plenty restaurants to choose from. It was also not far from the beach and other "hot spots" like Crab Island, Baytowne Wharf and the Village Harborwalk.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Breakfast was great

after reading reviews I was worried about this place, but my friend had booked & we really had no where else to go. It wasn't like the Hilton or anything but it was clean every one was nice, other guest here treated us like family instead of neighbors at a hotel. I really enjoyed the stay and would choose this place again

The location was great and the room was comfortable for what you pay. They had simple but good breakfast.

We didn’t like that the bathroom was a little dirty and rusty. We also didn’t like that the tv didn’t go full screen. It had a menu that took up space.

It was near everything

The pool was small they didn’t offer hot breakfast only waffles on the day of our check out at 6:30 in morning my went to get and the shower and it was turned off only left us with the water from the sink to use
