Quality Inn Plant City - Lakeland

I like everything it was in a great place everyone was very friendly the room was very nice i felt safe I will come and stay there again and recommend it to others the location is perfect right off the interstate 4 that's a big plus there were places to eat right by the hotel you could walk there that was good.

Really there was nothing that I didn't like I was very pleased with everything.

The table, dresser & TV were very dusty and I would have preferred a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon & potatoes).

Hotel location was close to everything.. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs ..

No breakfast ( like advertised) Dogs peeing on stairway 😟smell was horrible .. Couldn’t get wash machine to work .. but staff was nice enough to wash clothes for us .. Only first floor has a clean smell to it .. we were located on third floor and it wasn’t horrible but definitely could use a bit more cleaning..

refrigerator broken shower very little water pressure receptionist was not the helpful sort just give me the money just needed to understand why had to pay additional $25.00 security deposit when room was paid in balance including security deposit

This is our second time using this Quality Inn. a the staff nice, the bed is a decent bed and the breakfast has waffles so I can’t complain.

It is close to a lot of stores, staff are awesome the place is clean the price for the room was really nice. My whole experience was wonderful. The hotel is great!!! I will definitely go back there.

Everything was great except I couldn’t go to the gym because it was close temporarily.

The AC was amazing and the bed was nice and firm, wish there was a breakfast area in the hotel as it was under construction, and possibly a game room but I was still very comfortable there.

The staff was very helpful, I also enjoyed the pool.

Outside security was bad had stuff stolen out of vehicle

Always enjoy our stay here. This is the 3rd time we have stayed.

My keys barely worked, but other than that it was a good stay. Booking again in August.
