The room was clean and the location was convenient, within walking distance from my conference venue. There was a convenience store across the street and other restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly. The price was affordable. I had a near-perfect experience at the Inn.

The elevator was not functional. The staircase did not smell well. The free wi-fi was not sufficiently strong. Those were just minor details, but their improvements would definitely bring a perfect experience for customers. Such improvements would be neither difficult nor costly.

My room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities I required. Staff was friendly and available even though we were under a hurricane watch and needed to take precautions.

Asked for and had it approved to check out at 12noon but couldn’t get into my room at 11:25am to gather my belongings. I had to backtrack to the office for another key. JFK had been advised of this 11am lock out, I would have stopped by the office Before I went to pick up my belongings.

Room was clean, with microwave and fridge, full bath. Beds were good, the location is amazing right near all the parks. Hotel itself is well maintained, you feel they put some money in it with renovations. Pool is nice, they have towels for you to use, many lounge chairs, it feels like more of a vacation destination. AC was nice and functional, when we got in the room.

Elevators were not all working during our stay. But overall stay was convenient and not expensive for Orlando.

The overall of the hotel was very clean. Guess services was great. They has patience with me when I couldn't find the location. My maps kept taking me to the wrong place. Guess services stayed on the phone amen talked me in. I was so thankful. They were there and willing to help me

The location was so hard to find. I put IHOP in as a location and then it took me there with no problem. Too bad I think of that will maps kept leading to a dead in

Location was perfect for my trip. Huge event across the street and staff allowed me to get my parking pass early, securely park my car, go enjoy the event and check in my room later. Saved me a ton of time, headache, walking and extra money. Clean room, good toiletries (TP and tissue aren’t paper thin like others), bed and pillows were soft and great. The extra hour with 11am check out is perfect. Quick check out option. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Also drinks and snacks in the lobby.

The location was great. The staff was AMAZING! At check in the lady was extremely nice and helpful. We got there before check in time and they still got us in a room. There was a slight issue with the first room but it was immediately taken care of and we were given a new room. Brandon at the front desk was also extremely nice. Would stay here again.

Breakfast at IHOP was great! The location from the convention center was perfect. We were Ann’s yo walk over for our conference!

The rooms had a stale smell. But we brought our ow air freshener and that took care of the stale smell ! The was a place to hang out clothes but it was open. For the price it was satisfactory overall.

The room was big, and they allow me to use the swimming pool after the check out (the same day)

They only clean on demand (but this is something common after covid...), and the wifi doesn't work. The hotel does not offer breakfast, although they have an IHope connected with the hotel reception.

Great little room for the Convention centre. Clean, fresh towels and new bedding everyday. Nice little pool. McDonald's, Dennys and others nearby. Not a fan of the IHOP attatched. Dennys great!

Rooms back out on to the car/ road. Walls are little thin. Cars in car park can be noisy.

The staff was great. Front desk staff had such a great attitude. If we needed anything, when we called, someone came in less than 5 minutes. The room was clean & housekeeping was great. Overall, my birthday trip was awesome 👌
