The staff was very nice and gave us great recommendations for our 3-night stay. It was such a great price and very close to Universal Studios. The room was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. Even though the other rooms are close by, we didn't hear any noise from the other rooms. They called me a couple of days pier to our stay and informed us that as long as we arrived before 5 pm we wouldn't need to check in at their other location. We would book with El Patio Inn again.

The parking space is small, but we didn't have a problem because it was cheaper to take an Uber to Universal Studios rather than our car so we didn't need to hassle with the parking situation, but we did see other guests struggling to get out.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. It's a no frills but clean and comfortable hotel for a short stay. You do have to check in at a different property but that is explained throughout the booking process. It was very close by and they do still have someone at the property to give you towels or whatever you may need until 7pm.

The parking was VERY tight for my big truck. The rooms are small.

Wifi was awfull Almost no staff in the hotel You must register in another hotel (not so far (1.1 miles and easy) Obviously, it's not cheap" But the hotel is in Studio city

Having the check in at another location was not ideal and it woulod be great if there was the ability to check in at El Patio

this is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and it’s great, love the vibe and feel of it. great location too

parking is sometimes a little busy but apart from that it’s a great place

heater didn’t work properly, it doesn’t have iron,sheets weren’t clean.not breakfast and you need to go and check in in another place.

Check in was smooth, and rooms were clean. And there were stores in walking distance. Renos pizza was great, because apparently other pizza places don't deliver in that area. But if you do stay in this hotel RENOS PIZZA is the way to go.

You had to register at a different location. Even though it was only 2 or 3 min away from actual hotel, the traffic was horrible

Good microwave and Fridge, Nice bed

It is a little bit expensive but had for me the best location.

location was very good only a 4 min drive to universal studios

The room I was given was facing the main st which is very nosey during peak hours and early morning commute
