The breakfast was really good! Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Location - 5 minute drive to Corbin Arena. Pet friendly with $20 fee, which I feel is reasonable for a pet fee.

There was a lot of trash and debris around the perimeter of the parking lot (the only place to walk dog), and no pet waste station with bags and no trash can. So even if I hadn’t forgotten my poop bags in my car, I wouldn’t have had a trash can to dispose of the waste.

Great service and friendly staff. Our rental had a flat tire and the hotel was off the highway which was super convenient. Then we had to stay an extra 2.5 hours after checkout the next day to wait for our replacement and they allowed us to stay without an extra charge.

no elevator on property is a huge disadvantage. i have a disability and we were on the second floor. if my husband hadn’t been there I would not have been able to get my suitcase up the stairs. our only other complaint is that housekeeping knocked loudly early in the morning even though we put the do not disturb sign on our door

We were so surprised at the electric design. We expected the same oh motel design. How refreshing. A really comfortable king bed. Hardwood flooring. Lots of light and good cosmetics. We were really surprised and pleased

We always stay at best Western anytime one is available!! This location was exceptional. From check in. The young lady was very friendly and professional, the room was super clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was hot and great. Overall a great stay thank you Best Western

Roomy, comfortable bedroom. The breakfast was very good. I usually don't eat much for breakfast but my wife enjoyed it.

The bath/ toilet room could use some updating including enlarging.

 Booking the room was easy, friendly staff, clean facility, easy access, getting off the interstate quiet quiet, close to food close to food  The bed was comfy and amazing.

Best travel stop over experience yet. Super quiet for a restful night sleep followed by a delicious hot breakfast which was included. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Taller toilets would be nice for elderly and those with mobility issues but not a deal breaker.

Very Clean Rooms! Very comfortable Bed,Great Breakfast and really like the single Keruig Coffee Maker in rooms. Would highly recommend this Hotel
