Quality Inn & Suites

Natalie was absolutely fabulous. Although neither of us is handicapped our Booking.com room was designed for those with disabilities. It was sizeable,k great shower, well light but without a refrigerator. We asked Natalie if it were possible to have a refrigerator brought to our room but she said that she could relocate us. She found us a room though she had to clean it before we could occupy it. She is an amazing worker. She runs from one end of the building to the other cleaning, meeting people's needs, getting breakfast served and all with a smile and good nature. Though all businesses are short-handed and getting people to work even if they have a job is difficult she is overworked. Quality Inn is so very fortunate to have her and our hope is that they treat her well.

inky thing was in the tuesday at check in the person said breakfast is served 6:30-8:30 so we set an alarm for 7:30 for the morning but on tuesday night we were tired and decided to sleep in Wednesday .. we were surprised when i rang the front desk at 8:45 to see if i could come down and make coffee for my husbsnd and I that breakfast was still on ! the staff member said its 6:30-9:30 weekdays ( i even repeated the time to the person at front desk on tursfay afternoon and they said yes 6:30 -8:30 .. as i thought it seemed early to end at 8:30)

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Side exit was layden with cigarette but eventhough there was a butt receptacle. I understand that staff cannot not control inconsiderate smokers however I thought I would bring this to your attention....just an observation

Overall I was happy with the room. It was very clean and nice.

We were on the 2nd floor and although the stairwell in the middle that was open was nice, the outer stairwells were very dingy and dirty. They definitely need to be updated. Also, my mom was in room 153 which had a running toilet and the mini fridge made an awful humming noise all night. So she was not a happy camper.

There were people coming and going all night. It sounded like kids running up and down the hallway, yelling after 1 am.

Our room was exceptional! We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub immensely, it was very relaxing and much enjoyable!😊 The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were soft, we fell asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows 😴

We were disappointed about not being able to have breakfast the next morning inside the facility😪(due to Pandemic)More of a variety in the vending machines, add more fruit snacks and chip varieties please.

I loved the room and jacuzzi tub, it was much needed after a three hour drive in and a long day fixing my son's car, I swear I slept so good

There was no coffee, I checked four times and never any coffee, used soap left in the bathroom and ice bucket still had water in it

Initially i liked it for the location. we stayed over the christmas holiday and the staff was professional and accommodating.

i didn't like the room freshener smell all over. It was bothersome to my allergies.
