Very modern and nice rooms, good location, comfortable beds

I would have liked to be informed about the water hygiene incidents and the investigation by the Health department before my booking. Appreciate that measures have been taken to isolate the rooms where bacteria where found but again when travelling with children I would like to know this before the booking.

This hotel is truly luxurious. The rooms are well designed and you have everything you would need for your comfort. Nice Tribeca restaurants nearby (Locanda Verde or Bubbys). The rooftop bar has a nice view of the city. Must visit the nice parks along the promenade (Pier 25 and 26).

We loved our stay. The hotel is very modern in great location. We had the breakfast included in the rate and it was delicious, the service was also great in the restaurant. Otherwise it would be very expensive.

The room is a bit on smallish side even with a separate room; no sound isolation really for shower and restroom but overall it is a minor inconvenience

it’s modern and bright, and has a. dramatic lobby. the rooms are wonderful and spacious. and I love that I can check in before I get there and go straight to my room with my digital key.

hard to come up with something negative, but maybe I’ll note that the in-room dining menu is not really tempting. nyc has plenty of food, but when you’re in a hotel, you sometimes want something comforting and simple.

From the moment we arrived at the curb, the staff were friendly and very attentive. The Hotel lobby is modern and beautiful. The front desk clerk was so friendly and a pleasure to talk to. We got on the elevator and there were two members of management and they were so welcoming and said welcome to our home. We got to our room and were blown away by the room; spacious, warm and inviting. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and the staff once again was so pleasant. The clerk at the front desk from the Dominican Republic, all the housekeeping staff, Food and beverage Manager and the server at the restaurant from Poland and the young lady at concierge service are gems.

The room was lovely: it had everything one could wish for! the location was perfect for us.

check in was a little long, which was a little disappointing after a long day on the road.

Room amenities were nice - love the water purifier and canteen with no plastic bottles! Service was very good as well. Loved the pocket doors and modern feel. Rooftop bar was so nice. Wasn't around enough to get much of a feel for other hotel amenities, but loved there was a lot of food and beverage options available close by.

Have noticed a trend in 'loose' bathroom doors, didn't feel that private with my family. There was a little mix up with my booking reservation but think it was successfully resolved after a couple of attempts.
