It was good clean enviromentand workers were friendle.I would definitely come and stay again.Came to Minnesota for work and needed a place to stay and this was perfect.Thsnk You and I will definitely keep this place in mind for next time .

I wouldn't change anything .Everything was just great I would of stayed longer if I could.Just like I said came for work and definitely coming back great people thanks for everything. Managers were friendly and nice.

The bed was very comfortable. I walked down to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket because I’m always cold. The lady was super nice and we had a laugh about how I’m an ice cube and my husband is always hot. She looked through each of the blankets until she found a really nice warm one for me. 😃

My husband complained that the toilet was loose and rocked. It did rock, but it didn’t bother me. It would be so nice if hotels mounted the TVs on the wall so a person could comfortably watch from the bed.

Room was clean and roomy. Location is perfect. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Bed was beyond comfortable. I like the breakfast options as well as a fridge and microwave in my room. The pet friendly was why I chose this hotel. I will definitely stay here again!! 👍💯🙂

Privacy, the cleaning ladies are awesome, and the front desk accommodated our needs.

The flies, but their bad this time of year in Grand Forks. It's nothing the staff can do about them this time of year. Their annoying, aggressive little pests that can't be stopped.

Breakfast was ok - nothing fancy but appropriate. Location was excellent - close to Interstate - quick on/off - great locations to restaurants, gas, etc. Great parking, very friendly staff!

The bed wasn't great - it was wobbly, like the base wasn't wide enough to fit the entire mattress so you could roll off the side - the bed itself was comfortable.

Room was clean and ready. Had my own coffee pot, microwave, and fridge. Was looking for a cheap place to sleep after my son and I did some sight seeing and shopping. I get that it has no pool....we weren't looking to swim. With the price I paid I was more than happy. If you want really fancy you are gonna pay the price. It might be what some wanna say is outdated.....I don't want to pay big prices for updated to be honest. It was clean and cozy and that is all I care about. Thank you for your hospitality. We will be back! 😃

They need to occasionally clean out the A/C units. Clean the filters, maybe blow the dust out with an air compressor .

Good breakfast! Some places do not offer any. It is also conveniently walking distance to a store we like to go to.

The people at the front desk were very pleasant to deal with. I reported an issue with the bed, and that moment maintenance was there to look at it. I was leaving, but it is great to see that maintenance was so responsive.

just disappointed because I did say I wanted to pay cash. when I arrived my card was already charged. I didn’t want it charged cause of the conversion.
