The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was convenient. The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels of the same caliber in the vicinity. The room was clean and comfortable; we had two queen beds. There were the usual amenities: fridge, microwave, ironing board/iron, coffee station, hair dryer, etc. There are enough outlets to accommodate all of your electronics. The continental breakfast was hot, flavorful and plentiful; there is something for everyone. There is a pool (no hot tub) and a well-equipped weight/exercise room. There is a convenience store that abuts the property which is very convenient for those in search of late night/early morning snacks, drinks and fuel. Parking is free.

The facilities showed obvious signs of wear and tear i.e., the black-out panels in our room were full of holes, the countertop in the bathroom was broken and buckled and the noise from other guests and traffic was louder than average.

We appreciated the affordability along with a good breakfast. The rooms clean and comfortable.

The noise of loud cars and motorcycles that started later afternoon and continued into early morning hours before quieting down.That was a Saturday night. Sunday was much better.I do realize you can't control that type of noise

Pool was clean and nice. Had a nice view of the fireworks!

Room had crumbs under tv and the phone was all broken and not usable to contact front desk. Would have love a hot tub in pool area. Had a hair in my breakfast sausage.

Booking.com lost my check-in in limbo due to time change. There need to be a fix for that. The hotel desk clerks at this Quality inn near Monument were able to solve the problem and work it all out so it was stress-free for me.

Room was dark and bathroom was very dark. Hard to put makeup on and fix hair. No suitcase stand or place to put suitcase

Clean facility from entry to room. Breakfast was plentiful. Night desk staff was very nice, and breakfast server was pleasant.

We had a “disability” room. The bathroom was quite large, but the slide seat was pushed under the sink and covered in dust and cobwebs. Also staff should sit on the toilet and look at the tub. There was quite a build up of lime and mold surrounding the seat anchor. Also, there is not enough clearance between foot of bed and desk- furniture placement should be reevaluated.

Clean modern facilities. Good employees. Good value for the money. Much better value than others in this price range. Pool was good. Breakfast had decent eggs.

The room was dirty when we walked in. The front desk worker went and cleaned the room and the manager talked to us in the morning and apologized. She explained what happened and it made since. Overall it was a good experience.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, and to our expectations for the price. The location gave us easy access to the medical clinics for early morning appointments, so no need to drive across town.
