Breakfast was amazing! Lots of food to choose from! The lady at the front desk was super busy when we checked in, however, she did NOT stop smiling and was very nice to all customers.

Window in room was unlocked upon arrival/check in and the side door/entrance near the breakfast area was unlocked/open to the public. No room “key” was required for entry and this was a safety concern for me.

The new owners are remodeling to a Travel lodge. Our room was new but still did not have the final touches of a hotel room. The room heaters are quiet. The beds are comfortable.

Our disability room was on the second floor. Long halls to walk. The telephone rang at 3 a.m. and startled me so bad I couldn't go back to sleep. Room needed deeper cleaning from construction.

Well i sure liked the ac unit and how it gotten cool or hot super quick, also had a really good choice of breakfast, and bed was pretty comfortable. Overall I enjoyed having a room there, definitely worth the price...

That it was kind of dirty and when I first came into my room, it had a weird odor smelled like sweat mixed with corn chips and old spice body deodorant.

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is being remodeled but our room and the breakfast room were very nice. The pool is closed but there is one available at the hotel next door.

A nice selection for breakfast: waffles, fresh bagels, muffins, cereal and yogurt. More protein options like eggs/ sausage would be great. Not everyone can eat bread.

The breakfast was very good. I would have preferred more cereal choices or some eggs. The lady running the breakfast and keeping everything organized was fantastic and very friendly. I wish there had been some Plain Greek Yogurt instead of the fruit yogurt which is full of sugar. The location was nice and bright and clean.

Property is in process of renovating. Our room was “so new”, clean, well laid out. The bed was most comfortable. The towels were brand new. Great experience.

Not a dislike, just enjoyed the process they were going through. Not everything was finished in every room, but that made it unique. We had coffee cups, but no coffee maker. lol.

The checkout receipt stated the amount around $430 instead of $207 which was indicated by booking.com and was stated on the document I signed at check in. Front desk employee Sean assured to take care of the bill and text me when done. I received no text and am not aware if the issue was resolved.

Hallways were kind of a mess, but looks like they were working on some remodeling? Outside dated. Loud doors most of the night, needed to turn on a sound machine. No extra blankets in the room.

Beds were comfortable

They didn't have a hair dryer and we had reservations for a king suite but when we got there they gave us a 2 queen when I went back to the office they said they had given away all the king suites so what was the purpose of having a reservation for the king?

All the staff members were super nice and willing to help you if you needed extra coffee, soap, directions for how to go eastbound on I-90 without the ramp at Lacrosse St. available, etc. We were at the hotel for four nights, and we were just fine using the same towels, sheets, etc.

Breakfast on Monday was great. I had scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt. On Tuesday and Wednesday, I took advantage of the waffle maker (no eggs were available). Still no eggs on Thursday; I overheard the person working in the kitchen tell a guest that he wasn't expecting eggs until Saturday. The yogurt was also out on Thursday. So, just having ingredients on hand for the kitchen staff would help. I'm grateful for the free breakfast, though, so thanks for that!!! Just an FYI--Often, we discovered that someone had left a rock to prop the door open on the south side of the building. I wondered about safety; anybody could come in through that open door, and it didn't seem necessary if employees and guests all have key access.
