older family owned hotel, nothing fancy and no elevator, a great location to get on and off the interstate

no elevator to the second floor, rather basic "continental" breakfast, older interior that could use a renovation

Breakfast was good and breakfast room was clean.

What we didn't know or like was and extra charge of $100 in case we stolen anything while there. It is suppose to be taken off within 14 days. Also a destination charge of $20 per night that we were not told about until we got the charge on our credit card in an email. That would be a reason why I would not recommend this motel. They should have told us when we reserved the room. Never had extra charges like that before.

Breakfast area is small and gets crowded but has a good selection to choose from. The staff continually cleaned and restocked the supplies. The big room was nice, the shower worked good. All areas were clean and pleasant. The door cards worked better than any place we have ever stayed. We never ever had to try more than once for any access door. That was nice for a change.

The hotel does not have a workout room but sends you to the hotel next door to use there's. It was a short walk with beautiful weather outside so that worked for me. The other hotel staff quickly gave me a card for the exercise room and that worked. It was difficult to figure out how to make the microwave work but we did finally get it to work for us. I don't like all the cable TV channels that are mostly worthless. Takes forever to find something. How about just over the air networks so we can find something. 20 or more channels is way to many.

Location was great, close to gas, restaurants, and the highway. Room was very comfortable and clean. There was a mixup on the hotel I was to stay at but booking.com found this hotel for me and I was very pleased. The hotel staff went out of their way to get me a downstairs room so I wouldn't have to deal with the stairs. Highly recommend!

I stayed here twice. The rooms are clean, in great shape, spacious, and the bed is super comfortable! It’s obvious the staff keep this place in excellent condition and they’re very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place!

Nothing. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

The lady at the front desk was very meticulous and helpful. The room was larger than I expected and had large comfortable furniture with a large usable desk and chair. It was a quiet location and a great pool area which was perfect on a hot day. It also had a hot and cold breakfast included and the room prices were very reasonable. I would certainly go back again. There is lots to see within 30 miles all around Rapid City, so good central point.

Clean, quiet, great location on east side of Rapid City. Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Comfortable bed. Clean room, clean bathroom, average tv.

I don’t like trying to talk through plexiglass. Average to sub-par breakfast. They did not have decaf coffee.

visited for the Sturgis motorcycle rally. prices sucked! but I booked the week of the rally so no surprise. room was large and comfortable

the breakfast is not that great, mostly Jimmy dean breakfast sandwich and coffee. the pool is pretty small but wasn’t overly crowded. they have signs all over that they will charge you is you stain the towels or sheets

Maybe a hot breakfast. Hot tub would have been nice after a long day of hiking.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable, good beds, good shower, friendly staff. Fine breakfast. Very good value for money.
