Bed was comfy, staff were decent. Very much like most Comfort inns, you know what you're going to get. THe quipment in the fitness centre functioned well.

They didn't have English breakfast tea in the room, but some orange flavoured black tea. In the spa bath suite the tap dripped, and if the room below ran their taps for a bath, it was very loud. This plumbing situation shoud be sorted out. Also, i don't think the AC unit in the room was functioning fully. it cooled the room somewhat, but it was the same temp no matter what temp you set, but the fitness room and laundery room AC's were set to the same temp as my room, but those rooms were colder. Also, the USB ports on the desk table didn't work.

Very clean, spacious rooms with sitting area and desk. Enough to be comfortable to stay for a week or more. Microwave with coffee maker and fridge. Every was very clean. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Also, with the Waffle House right across the street open 24hrs and only minutes from everything it’s a great location. Very quiet and we were able to sleep very comfortably. I am definitely coming back next week. Since I have to stay for a week.

The only thing that I will say is, the tv in our room is very old and the images were not great. Please update the tv’s if you have the same in all rooms

One of the nicest hotels and rooms in general that I have visited. I travel for business often. Cold A/C at check-in. The exhaust fan in BR works, with no high humidity in the room.

Woke up the following morning with red whelps over my upper body. Later making the bed, there were fleas in the bed. I had flea bites. I requested another room which was granted. Booked the room for 2 nights with Booking.com which I have used for several years. My room was invoiced $15 more than quoted on the booking.com reservation. The hotel indicates it is a "reservation fee". The Booking.com reservation slip indicates no property fees apply to the stay. I reached out to the hotel and Booking.com prior to writing this review to no avail. BTW: I reasonably should have requested a refund of the first night for the flea bite suffering, but didn't. I will not stay at any Comfort Inn hotels again anywhere in the future. I am ceasing to use Booking.com for my future reservations.

We were able to get a room immediately and the staff were lovely. And breakfast was good

We didn't realize our AC unit wasn't working properly and the room was hot and stuffy. When I approached the staff about it in the AM they were kind and told us they would have moved us. We opted not to since we were already unpacked and in bed.

Breakfast was good, receptions were nice and friendly as well as informative. The rooms are clean, but old and carpet was old and a little smell, not a nasty smell, just an old smell. Needs to be updated to include the old furniture. But it was still a nice hotel.

The staff was great I was assisted by the Asst Manager. She was very friendly and funny.

The room wasn’t completely clean but it was durable the tub was horrible I couldn’t bathe my 2yr old. I did my best at giving him a shower. The pool is breaking up at the bottom pieces of cement/gravel is at the bottom u have to watch how you move in the pool.

The air conditioner worked very well. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was very spacious. The property contained an iron, ironing board, microwave, coffee maker in the room, and a refrigerator.

I didn’t like having to go downstairs daily to get clean towels. The towels were not ready when I went down to get them. Some of the towels that were clean still looked dirty. The shower head wasn’t clean; thank goodness I brought my own cleaning supplies. The room could have been dusted more thoroughly. There was dust by the headboard and the room had a mildew or mold smell. Most of the stay I had the do not disturb sign on the door; however I decide to get my room cleaned. The housekeeper skipped over my room. Maybe there is a housekeeping policy that I didn’t know about. The bed was uncomfortable and sounded as if the springs were about to pop out each time I moved about in the bed.

Very clean and with a 24hr Waffle House across the street and right of Highway 501. Great location. The staff is great all around, front desk and they made sure I had what I needed everyday. Breakfast is also included.

Nothing to dislike

Only thing was they charged my card twice and I still haven't got my payment yet hopefully I have by Wednesday or I'ma have to go back there to make sure I get my payment it's not a lil money either it's more then enough

The location was perfectly centered around everything we needed for our comfort and a piece of mind.

The exercise room was not available for guess to use it. That was one thing that I really wsnted to do after a long day was to burn calories.
