The facility was nice and quiet, breakfast was great, and staff was beyond nice and helpful. My favorite part is NO ROOM SERVICE your room is unbothered unless you request otherwise.

It was a non smoking facility, however we kept smelling cigarette smoke for two days and when I told the front desk she sent maintenance (thinking there was a burning smell, big misunderstanding) but the maintenance guy said it’s probably cause they are smoking down the hall. My two kids have really bad asthma. From that point on the stay wasn’t as pleasant. We had to keep leaving because my 1 year old could breathe to well. Didn’t use the pool nor hot tub because it was greenish

Excellent location across the road from Broadway complex. Only 5 mins by car to beach boardwalk. Good shops just around the corner-Target, Sam's Club and other discount stores. Rooms clean but mattress a bit old and soft and dented. Reception staff lovely. Coffee available throughout the day in reception.

Fitness center lacked in equipment and what was there 2 out of 3 pieces of equipment were not usable. Swimming pool and area needs a bit of upgrading. Breakfast choices disappointing for an American hotel-no hot food like scrambled eggs or bacon. You could make waffles but no fresh fruit available to enjoy with them.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were SO COMFY!! The air conditioner was nice and cold. I thoroughly enjoyed taking a hot bath in the tub. There was a big desk so I could do some work I needed to get done and the television had a great selection of stations. The fridge and microwave came in handy with leftovers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out were quick and easy. We stayed in February for my birthday so the rates were reasonable. I definitely plan to go back before the rates increase.

I wish there were more electrical outlets by the beds. There were plenty across the room by the desk, but I like to charge my phone by the bed with me.

The light at the entrench to the parking lot from HWY 21 was not working. Not the biggest deal, but passed it twice after dark. The door to one room (321)was in need of repair - the hinges must have been broken as it hung crooked enough to get hung up on the carpet. The door would stand open on its own and quite a bit of light made its way into the room, pushing it open required some force. I’m sure if I’d have notified the desk they would have given me a different room but I was already unpacked and worked around it for 3 nights. I did report it when checking out & host said she would put in maintenance order. Neither issue made our stay negative in any way.

Broadway at the beach which is a shopping and eating area was right across the street! It also included an amusement park as well. The beach is 10 minutes away by car and you can not walk. The pool and spa at the hotel was below average and look unclean to me. There was very few people in the pool at any given time. The taxes in the area if you go shopping are 9 percent which is extremely high for South Carolina! Overall the hotel served it's purpose but there was nothing great about the place to write home about! It was just somewhere to sleep, take a shower and relax during down time.

clean the pool !and have a designated dog floor there was dogs barking all over the place. The elevator was dirty and smelly and needed cleaning plus dog piss all over the place on the carpet. I love dogs but I don't think they should be allowed all over the hotel! Overall they need housekeepers desperately to clean the rooms everyday! No housekeeper came to the rooms ever not even to give towels if you wanted towels and wash clothes you will have to get it yourself. It sucks because when you are on vacation you shouldn't have to worry about these things.

Everything! The staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. When I called in advance to see about having each guest pay for their own room, they were so helpful and able to put it into their system, so as each guest arrived, they were able to check in with no issues. They also gave us rooms as close as possible together. And the hotel itself was QUIET. Didn't hear a single noise or a single dog bark, even though it's a pet friendly hotel. The hotel pricing was a lot cheaper than most hotels we checked out. Definitely worth every penny though! The rooms were very big and spacious. The rooms also had a minifridge, microwave and coffee maker, which was perfect for a longer stay and essential, being as we were traveling with someone who takes medicine that has to be kept cold! The rooms were clean and definitely updated! We got a handicap room for one guest with us and the bathroom was perfect for them and definitely made it easier on them. They had breakfast from 6-9 every morning. It was a decent continental breakfast with a variety of options. There wasn't any meat options available, so keep that in mind! Overall it was good though and it was nice to not have to pay for breakfast. They had a Google TV in the room, so it was great to be able to watch Youtube on it! The wifi was amazingly fast. I'd definitely recommend using a VPN with your laptop, since the wifi isn't secured, but it was FAST. I was able to run steam games on my laptop with no lag. The hotel is literally across the street from Broadway. Which was awesome. And it's close to other major shopping areas. There's plenty of fast food around the hotel, also a Target and Walmart nearby. It's definitely a great place to stay. Don't let any negative reviews tell you otherwise!

The only things I didn't like were due to my personal preferences. The bed was a little too hard for my liking, as I'm used to sleeping on a super soft bed at home lol. It was still comfortable though and I was able to sleep very well! The toilet in the bathroom was definitely too low for me as well, as I'm used to a higher one at home. The shower was great, though the pressure was a little on the lower side. I think the bathroom sink had more pressure than the shower. Again, these are just personal preferences! There really isn't anything bad to say. This place was great and in the event we come back to Myrtle Beach, we're staying here!

it was amazing. i read all the reviews and was kind of nervous but it was great. cheaper than a lot of places in the area and so close to everything. 10 min from the beach. 2 min from broadway beach. staff was friendly and very accommodating. we extended our trip a day and they were able to help us make it cheaper

the hot tub was down for the entire trip. and house keeping only comes once a week

The location was great and no bed bugs...I hate bed bugs so I am very cautious when it comes to bed bugs. The staff was great and room was really cold which is great when coming back from a long day of high humidity...and a having a daughter with health issues. This makes the second time booking this place and never disappoints.

Only thing the could have been better is one of the mattress...it dipped alot in the middle but that's it.

The staff was super nice the lady that does the breakfast in the mornings was awesome as busy as it was she didn’t miss a beat she had everything stocked at all times and made sure everyone had what they needed and was super sweet

The beds we had in our rooms was horrible had indentations in it where u couldn’t sleep good it was very bumpy. The guests down the hall from us was fighting in the hallway loud and very rude. The pool was dirty

The staff were excellent. They were quick, responsive and always friendly. I have never experienced better service at a hotel and from everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeepers.

Unfortunately the pull out couch was very thin and uncomfortable but thankfully we brought an air mattress just in case.
