clean and roomy comfortable bedroom and quiet room

noise, hotel was replacing the roof so a lot of pounding and they put us on 3rd floor which was the nosiest so when we complaint they switched us to quiet 1st floor room which was nice but she didn't do it with pleasure she did it because we complaint. this should have been alerted to us when we checked in, instead of bring our luggage's to room and find out about the noise.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the whole hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast coffee was good

There was a nice mini veggie quiche thing on day one, but after that the only option was a 2 pack of hard boiled eggs for my vegetarian protein. I would have preferred a single pack as 2 eggs is too much.

Very good quality for the price (120$ for a family of 4) Comfy beds, a big bathroom, a swimming pool, a good breakfast. Clean and quiet.

The location is very convenient and quiet. It's our second time staying here while in the Casper area and would probably stay there again. The price is great and it's a nice place to stay!

Breakfast doesn't have the eggs and sausage or bacon but there are waffles and breakfast sandwiches you can microwave plus the usual breads and cereal.

I rebooked my original date, but the hotel did not have my reservation AND booking,com charged me $18 for the change, the hotel said that was NOT their fee. They are able to book me in their LAST room.

We did not try the breakfast because we had to leave very early.

confusion concerning third party cancellation policy and as a result had to call bookings.com to clarify canceling the second day I had reserved.

Wish we had been told that our rooms trash, etc. would have been taken care of if we requested it. Thought this came automatically with the room. Didn't know you had to request it.

Nice facility, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast staff a bit snippy to customers. Desk staff could not find reservation and was on a private cell phone call. Reservation was found but caused customer some unnecessary anxiety and frustration.

The breakfast was fine, staff didn’t know how to get news on TV and said she didn’t watch it!!!

The girl at desk didn’t know how to operate TV and didn’t offer to help!

Location is away from most other services, only a gas station and hamburger fast food close by. But 1/2 mile drive gets you several restaurant options. Room was quite clean, bed comfortable, internet worked well. Shower hot c decent power.

Breakfast was pretty basic. Very few protein options, mostly prepackaged breakfast sandwiches. A few pastries, waffle maker, oatmeal, cold cereals.
