The staff are friendly it was close to some good restaurants easy to get to off the highway. The beds are soft and comfortable. Nice that there is a restaurant at the property.

The only negative I would say is that the pool was out of order at the time.

Very good hotel with great staff. The room was very clean, big enough and had everything you need. Breakfast is included and was great too. The lovely staff member even made waffles for us and brought them to our table.

The pool and gym area was closed due to the current situation of 2021

Easy to get too, rooms where clean, and beds were comfy! Added bonus was breakfast and a lounge!

Parking area was a little tight but other then that I can't say anything bad!

Breakfast was awesome the staff was very helpful at the breakfast bar

The stairwell was a death trap for little kids And the should be more privacy on balconies Outside between rooms

Bed a little too hard. No shelf in shower to put your shampoo/soap etc. Very cheap shower head for a deluxe room. . Need more coffee in the room.

It was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hotel mostly met what needed for my short stay.

Decor could be brighter and brighter light bulbs should be used in the room …. too dark.

The room we stayed in was large and clean. Staff helpful and polite. Room with the exception of the air conditioner was quiet.

Hotel is slightly dated noisy A/C unit.

We were so comfortable with the room . It was very clean and my daughter who has allergies to cleaners didn’t react at all . The beds were the best we’ve had and the staff was excellent and we would stay again .

The only complaint we have is the staff frequently smoked outside our room and it stunk .

Not a fan of ground floor outdoor room setting. Wasn't expecting that. Floors were damn cold 🥶 Minute washroom
