We had a beautiful view of the Parliament building. All of the staff were very nice and friendly, quickly resolved a small issue we had. The bar area was nice and the staff there was also excellent.

The pool hours in the summer could be slightly extended - currently closes at 8. After a day of sightseeing and dinner, it doesn't leave much time to relax in the pool/sauna.

Location of the hotel is fantastic as it is a couple of minutes walk into old Quebec. All restaurants and need to see locations are literally around the corner. We had a high floor (17th) with river view which gives you a magnificent view over the old town. With sunny weather you even could see Levis.

Bathroom was a little small and our room was a little small for 2 adults and 3 kids. We would have expected an additional roll away bed as the junior suite was "sold" to us as 5 persons but in reality it was 1 king bed and a sofa bed (which ultimately worked) but 1 extra roll away would have been better.

The view from the room was amazing. The bed and bathroom too.

The TV in our room didn’t have Netflix and we couldnt share the screen of our iPad to watch on the app. Too bad to have such a TV only to watch on a tiny iPad screen. I know it’s to make people rent the movies (very expensive by the way), but some people already have some shows going on and just would like to enjoy the big screen !

The location, the service, the breakfast, the views are fantastic. Accommodation in a truly premium category

Value for money, the accommodation is quite expensive. Despite the premium category, the rooms are small and they could not provide three rooms next to each other, or at least three rooms on one floor, despite the fact that the booking was made almost half a year in advance. The reservation was for 10 people, but due to the composition of the family (grandparents, children etc.) there were not the same number of people in a room, so an extra bed was charged for the extra bed. There are the same extra charges for parking if someone wants to use the car during the stay and parks it out.

We were upgraded to a suite on the top floor with an incredible view of the "old city". So amazing!!! The hotel was perfectly located in the centre of town right near the "old city" which then enabled us to walk straight into where everything was happening and the history of the city. The hotel was so comfortable, the room was wonderfully large with a full lounge area, kitchenette, and beautiful big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and allowed us to have 2 really goodnight sleeps. But the best was the huge windows which gave us the view of the city and the "old city" and harbour, so beautiful. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Parking was so easy and at the hotel, so easy access for coming and going.

Location was excellent. We don't eat a large breakfast so we didn't eat there. I believe it would have been better if you also had an a la carte menu for those who didn't want the full buffet breakfast.

It's not a big deal but the toilet seat was broken when we got there and was awkward when trying to raise the seat. Also it slid a bit when you sat down. I relayed this to the staff and was told it would be repaired at some point. It never was. As I said it wasn't a major issue for us but it should have been repaired at least for subsequent guests. Otherwise all good 👍

The location is perfect for those who want to see the city by foot. we travelled with 2 kids ages 10 and 8 and we were able to see all of old Quebec and we were close enough for a drive to the aquarium. The hotel is beautifully renovated, clean and staff were excellent and friendly.

The heated pool could be a little warmer. We were expecting more hot tub like temperatures but it was luke warm. The gaming room would benefit from implementing a time limit on the bigger game apparatus. Another family was playing ping pong for over 1/2 an hour and my son was very disappointed we never got a chance to play. Lastly we were very satisfied with breakfast but dinner options were limited especially the kids menu which only had two options. We all left dinner hungry but paid $165.00.

The location, the quality of service, and the level of cleanliness provided are indeed quite satisfactory. Customer care was kind enough to accommodate our request to provide a higher-level room with a stunning view. The breakfast options were ample and satisfying, complemented by an enjoyable outdoor pool, and efficient valet parking services. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nothing special, almost everything was perfect. There was only a crack in the bathroom sink, which is not a big deal though.

The place is very clean. I enjoyed the pool area. The staff were helpful, professional and courteous.

There were no robes in the room and only two cups for coffee and only 4 coffee pods. I paid for valet parking and when I got my car back the plastic piece that adjusts the seatbelt strap length was broken. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were too thick and firm but that is just my preference. It did make it difficult to sleep.

The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, the beds are great. We had a room with view to the Parliament and another room had view for the Château Frontenac, the view in both rooms were stunning!! The food at the breakfast was good. Thank you! Breakfast is a complete disaster! We had to make a line too slow and after we registered with the staff at the entrance of the restaurant, we were assigned to a "provisional table" at a side and we had to wait for our table more than half an hour! There were a lot of empty tables and the staff were too slow for cleaning them and too slow for assinging them! For a hotel of this category this is not acceptable... if someone has enough patience for this situation you can go there because despite of this bad system for assigning tables at the breakfast, the hotel is excellent.
