A very good breakfast. Metro and train a minute away from the hotel. Staff helpful.

Small rooms. Post stay service bad- I forgot a personal item in the room and contacted the hotel and never even got a response.

A spotless hotel with a satisfactory breakfast buffet. The staff was accommodating and friendly in general. The location is convenient. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious. It was a very comfortable stay.

Though we booked a double room, when we checked in, they offered us a room with two single beds, which they explained happened due to a "problem" in the system. The day after, we asked for a double room again, as was planned and confirmed in our initial reservation. Mr Salah from the front desk helped us through very quickly and changed our room to a double room. It turns out our initial room was also available when we checked in!!!

The hotel is very nice, with comfortable rooms and helpful staff (I would say even very helpful. Very close to the train station which is an excellent start to travel to the city centre or airport.

Breakfast!! In Hilton, in the country which is the second biggest producer of vegetables, you could expect something more than fat English breakfast, tons of sugar in wafers (like in the US), and... tomatoes. I was really disappointed. Coffee was also very poor. I spend at least 5 stays in Amsterdam's hotels, with similar or lower pricing and here the breakfast was way the worst one, if you don't want to eat tons of fat and sugar every morning.

The hotel position for us was perfect, as we were watching a concert at the Ajax arena. This allowed us to walk safely back to the hotel and not need any public transport. The hotel is perfectly situated near the train station which made the jouney back to the airport so easy .The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was really comfortable.

The main grievance about our trip and stay in Amsterdam was the inflated tariff we had to pay for our three night stay.The same threenight stay the following week would have been less than half price. I find it totally unfair that the hotel hikes up the room tariffs in this way.

Went to Amsterdam with my son primarily to see an Iron Maiden concert at Ziggo Dome(5mins walk from hotel). Train from Schiphol airport to Arena stop, which is 1 minute walk from hotel. Super room size and shower. Kettle with coffee/tea in the room. Breakfast has the full range of English breakfast items including lovely hash browns. Metro outside takes you to centre of Amsterdam, and of course back to airport. Staff always happy to help

No complaints. Having lived in Amsterdam for many years, it is an easy city to explore. Get an OV card at airport or Bijmer Arena station if here for more than one day. It allows you to tap on and off the metros, busus and trains.

Hotel very clean and quiet. Very nice service and convenient location. Despite the very busy railway station outside the window and the proximity of the stadium, no noise reaches the room. Only 12 minutes by direct train from Schiphol Airport and very convenient to Amsterdam city center by subway or train. Coffee and tea set available in the room. Convenience store located by foot distance

No water bottles in the room (standard), explained as unnecessary due to the great quality of tap water. The cost of buying water at the reception is 3.5 Euro for a 330ml can. Breakfast offer is quite modest but enough to eat something before starting the day. Quite narrow double bed with a common duvet

The room was quite spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom was comfortable and all the facilities worked well. The breakfast was excellent, The location is excellent, right next to the train/metro station, so you can reach the 'Amsterdam Centraal' station in about 20 minutes We used the hotel's storage services twice and the attitude of the staff was excellent

Though the access to the dining room is according to time slots, the dining room was very crowded. And of course, (can't understand but it is common for most places We've stayed in), there is very little space for personal toiletries

It's incredibly convenient to step out of the hotel and immediately reach the subway or train station. There are shops and excellent office buildings nearby. The city center is just a few stops away.

The only feedback I have about the hotel is regarding the absence of power outlets in the bathroom. It's quite inconvenient to dry hair with a hairdryer without an outlet, and there was no way to charge my electric toothbrush. Are there any legal regulations that prohibit adding outlets in the bathroom of a hotel? I would also appreciate having the option to dine at the hotel, but the menu is very limited.

Hotel was very close to the main venue which we were attending for an event. Also close (for future visit) to the Johan Cruyff stadium for an Ajax football game. Very good bars and eating places close by. Very good metro and train connections to the city centre of Amsterdam and there are night buses which drop off close by too (hourly from Amsterdam city centre and other locations). Good supermarket on site too for the purchases of those essential (and cheaper items i.e drinks lol). Room very comfortable and quiet. Very extensive breakfast - which you need to select a time slot for. Very friendly and helpful staff - particularly at breakfast busy times. Also there is a connection to the airport from the local Amsterdam Biljmer Arena railway station which we wished we'd known about to save us the journey into city centre and then back out again, but future reference for my next visit. Good vegan selections for breakfast for my friend (other than the mention below in 'not like section'.

The hotel bar was very small and appeared to be closing each time we came in late at night (so no night caps). Also no margarine for my vegan friend (as a butter alternative) - which I did mention in the breakfast survey the hotel asked us to complete, so it's not something I didn't make them aware of at the time. Good vegan selections for breakfast otherwise.

The location was perfect as it was right next to the train station, which connects well to airport as well as city center. The staff was friendly and the hotel is clean. They have nice breakfast buffet. The room size was good enough for a solo traveler. The bathroom was quite spacious. The room had amenities like hair dryer, iron and a small wardrobe to hang your clothes. The hotel gives more of a family stay feel, but the prices were comparable with some of the hostels in the city, which were higher due to the busy season.
